Great, comfortable cabin! Driveway is a little steep but not bad. Not far from the pigeon forge strip. We enjoyed our stay and wished we had stayed longer. Definitely will be back soon!
Great place to stay, steep hill!!!! No spices, no salt, pepper... nothing so take what your gonna need!!! It’s exactly as described very beautiful, nicely decorated, beds were very soft and high off the floor!! Difficult for my husband getting into bed (he’s has had a stroke,) but will definitely put this on our must go to place for the future
The location of this home was perfect for us. It was a short drive to everything we wanted to do (The Island, Mountain coasters, Dollywood, etc). My only issue was the cleanliness. When I started to settle in, I noticed a dirty rag, windex, and a dirty knife on the kitchen counters. My 15 month old was quick to find anything that was left behind on the floors which included pieces of old French fries, other food and 3 small toys. The surfaces of the kitchen cabinets were also very sticky. We had asked if there was a vacuum but there wasn't. If you are brining small children, I would just advise to look the floors over for choking hazards. Other than that, it was a great stay and we enjoyed our time there.
This cabin was beautiful! Very comfortable for our family of 4, with 2 "kids" age 17 and 21. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and the deck and front porch. This cabin was in a perfect location - close to everything and yet a private, secluded location. Definitely recommend!
My husband and I had a very nice stay at this cabin. There were a few things that were a tiny bit misleading in the description for the property. It does have a washer/dryer. I over packed thinking there wasn't one so that was nice to find that we could wash our clothes there. You will have a larger grocery bill because there aren't the tiny extras that you would think would be supplied. My husband and I have stayed in many rental places for vacations and they all were stocked with salt/pepper, cooking oil spray, and other small items. That's not gonna break the bank but I didn't want to buy that stuff and then haul it home. I did like that there was a ton of towels. That was great! The only other complaints would be the beds are terribly uncomfortable and don't have protecting mattress covers (Eeeek!) and the driveway is crazy steep. That being said, we really did enjoy our stay. With covid, we did eat every meal at the cabin and went on drives through the national park. The Foothills parkway is fantastic and doesn't have any crowds of people if you are trying to follow virus rules. You must go to Look Rock! That was really fantastic! I'm not sure if we would come back to this cabin but we'll be back to the Pigeon Forge area for sure.
