House for 6 to 8 people, very well located for visiting the famous area surrounding the pretty town of Draguignan. The property is 5 minutes drive from Draguignan town center and only 30 km from Frejus and the nearest beach, 12 km from St Endreol Golf Course, 37 km to Golf de Valescure, 49km to one of the most beautiful lakes, lake of St Croix. Ideal situation for visiting the Gorges du Verdon and the beautiful picturesques villages around. Draguignan is also only 48 Kms from the famous village of St Tropez and its surrounding.
The house is 100 square with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Upstairs features: 1 x double bedoom with fitted wardrobe, 2 further bedrooms with 2 x single beds and fitted wardrobe in each and a large bathroom with walk- in shower and wc.
Ground floor features: A garage with washing machine, 1 x double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and a bathroom with walk-in shower and wc, a very modern American kitchen/diner, all equipped with American fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, bar area and dining area opening through double doors to the outside patio/ terrasse .
An open lounge with 4 sliding glass doors also opening to the terrasse.
The front of the property features a small garden with private parking spaces for 2 cars and at the back of the property, a terrace accessed by steps and ramp for wheelchair/pushchair access, and a garden with swimming pool.

Maison très agréable, dans une région magnifique. Piscine très agréable. Et propriétaires vraiment adorables. Seul petit bémol, le bruit de la route (qui n'est pas très loin) à certaines heures. Superbes vacances !

Un agréable séjour
Un très bon séjour à Draguignan. Une très bonne communication avec Sophie qui est très sympathique tout comme son oncle qui était présent pour notre arrivée et notre départ. Il est d'ailleurs très arrangeant au niveau des horaires . Maison parfaite pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille. Bien équipée, chambres confortables et très joli extérieur avec une belle piscine. Tout était parfait. Je recommande.

Haus ist entgegen der bisherigen Bewertungen in einem deutlich schlechteren Zustand ! Sauberkeit Mittel, also vertretbar, ansonsten dich sehr viel Reparatur und renovierungsbedürftig Die Lage an der Straße ist klar und deutlich formuliert relativ laut! Der Verwalter, Stanislav macht sein Job jedoch super gut!!!!! Trotz den für uns eher mittelmäßigen Unterkunft ein super schöner Urlaub

Entspannter Urlaub mit guter Lage zu diversen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten
Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, wie beschrieben. Unser Highlight war der Pool, den wir nach Ausflügen zur Abkühlung nutzen konnten. Von der ersten Anfrage vor Buchung bis zur Übergabe nach Ende unseres Urlaubs gab es einen netten Kontakt mit Sophie und Stanislav, die uns auch beide besucht und Tipps gegeben haben. In der Provence/Cote Azure gibt es wunderbare Landschaften (Tipp: Rafting in der Schlucht von Verdon!) und Städtchen anzuschauen. Leider konnten wir in den 10 Tagen unseres Aufenthalts nur einige Tipps von Stan "abarbeiten". Deshalb überlegen wir, nochmal hierher zu kommen...vielleicht aber besser im Herbst, wenn es nicht ganz so heiß und überlaufen ist. Vielen Dank an Sophie und Stan für einen tollen Urlaub!

Wunderbar für uns
Sehr charmant, deutlich besser als inseriert. Nach 15 Jahren Urlaub in Südfrankreich haben wir theoretisch unser Domizil gefunden. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und kommen gerne wieder wenn es die Gesundheit erlaubt.

Sehr gute Betreuung und Ausstattung
Die gesamte Abwicklung verlief absolut reibungslos. Das Haus ist sauber und sehr! gut ausgestattet (natürlich auch mit Mückennetzen vor den Fenstern etc.). Wir wurden vom Onkel (sogar gut deutsch sprechend) der Vermieterin sehr herzlich und gut betreut. Wir haben z. B. auch tolle Tipps für die Erkundung der Umgebung bekommen. Wenn man wie wir mit einem Hund unterwegs ist, kann man in unmittelbarer Nähe auch wunderbar spazieren gehen. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Für uns gab es nur 2 "klitzekleine" Kritikpunkte: Die Doppelbetten sind ziemlich schmal und hinter dem Haus ist eine gut hörbare (aber nicht sichtbare) Bundesstraße. Das geht aber auch aus der Lagebeschreibung der Vermieterin hervor.

Paradiesisch!
Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen: gut geschnittene Räume, bequeme Betten, sauber und liebevoll und vor allem vollständig ausgestattet. Die ganz neue Aircondition, der wunderschöne Pool und der amerikanische Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelfunktion sorgten auch bei heißesten Temperaturen für angenehme Abkühlung. Gleich bei unserer verfrühten Ankunft (wir sind über Nacht gefahren) fühlten wir uns sehr willkommen, Stanislaw zeigte uns das Haus und den Garten. Während die Putzfrau noch wahre Wunder vollbrachte, wurden wir von Stanislaw ins La Gare'gotte in Trans-en-Provence entführt, ein urgemütliches und familienfreundliches Restaurant mit täglich wechselnden, bezahlbaren Gerichten. Dort waren wir während des Urlaubs dann nicht nur einmal :-) Stanislaw gab uns noch gute Ausflugstipps. Sehr zu empfehlen ist ein Tagesausflug zur Insel Porquerolles, in die Schlucht von Verdon, oder eine Kajaktour auf dem Argens. Schöne Strände sind von Draguignan aus innerhalb von 30 Minuten Fahrt in Frejus und St. Maxime erreichbar. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder! Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Stanislaw und Sophie!

Un séjour très agréable!
Une maison pratique, bien équipée et bien agencée, de la sécurité pour les enfants autour de la piscine... Une grande disponibilité des propriétaires avant et durant notre séjour, une belle rencontre avec Sophie et Stanislaw! Le bruit de la circulation sur la route toute proche est parfois un peu gênant, mais dû à quelques conducteurs énervés... Bref, un beau séjour et une situation appréciable pour visiter la région!

Surperbe location, accueil chaleueux.
Bien située pour découvrir la région, que ce soit pour aller sur la côte ou visiter l'arrière pays, la location est aussi propice au farniente avec son jardin paysagé, terrasse et sa belle piscine. La maison est très grande, bien agencée, et pour concocter des repas provençaux, la maison est aussi très bien équipée...Avant notre arrivée Sophie s'est montrée très disponible pour nous fournir tous les détails et réponses à nos questions et sur place l'accueil, gentillesse et disponibilité de son oncle sont très appréciables. Nous avons bien apprécie notre séjour.

Super séjour (déb juillet)
Excellent séjour. Proche de toutes commodités (centres commerciales, pizzerias... même une gare pour pouvoir aller visiter en TER). Il y a quand-même besoin de votre voiture pour les accéder. La piscine a été super appréciée pas les enfants. La ville est proche des plages autour de Frejus et St Tropez. Et il y a plein de plages parfaites pour faire de snorkeling. Merci!!!

Comme chez nous
Nous avons trouvé cette location inextremis et quelle chance!!! Je recommande vraiment cette location pour d une part sa situation, le Var étant un département magnifique et la Ville de draguignan très bien situé, entourée de très beaux villages.... non loin des gorges du Verdon,....a 30 min des plages .... La maison est très fonctionnelle , très agréable , d un volume idéale , nous étions 7 et nous avions vraiment de la place. Et la piscine dont nous avons vraiment profité. De plus, Ce qui nous a fait aimé cette location, c est l'accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires . Ils n ont rien laissé au hasard. Merci à Sophie et Stanislas
