The location is perfect for making the most of the city centre (within walking distance of public transport, parking and restaurants). Located on the ground floor, this 80 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a large living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, and the beds are made up on arrival. Disappointing Stay

The Rennes apartment was misrepresented in that the list clearly indicated that it included "one paid on street parking" but we were required to pay for on street parking on the day of arrival and later for a week parking pass in a public parking lot about a block away. An appeal for reimbursement of parking costs to the property manager was denied. The apartment was cold throughout our stay and could not be adjusted warmer. We could not get the microwave or or the TV to work and requests for help were essentially ignored. Vrbo we are due refund for our stay. Vrbo needs to do a better job of making sure that their listings are accurately represented.

Sehr schöne Altbauwohnung in zentraler und ruhiger Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei dem Problem mit der Heizung wurde uns schnell vom Verwalter geholfen.

Lovely property with good location

Just as nice as it looks in the photos and the location is great! We especially appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was. There were all the utensils and cookware we needed to prepare nice meals. Highly recommend.
