House in the countryside, quiet, near the village of Biot.
Nice little house in Biot, well exposed, shaded terrace,
independent with enclosed private garden.
Ideally located to visit the Riviera.
Close to St Tropez, Monaco, Italy, the mountain and its numerous rivers, the Mercantour Park with its wolf.
Ten minutes from the sea and the islands of Lerrins, casino Siesta as well as marineland, aquasplash, small farm, amusement park, hook-branches
You will find at your disposal the documentation on the many activities of the region and cultural programs, as well as bus schedules.
The path that borders the Brague River is accessible from the house, a very popular walk in hot weather and that dogs and children love. It is about ten kilometers between the village Valbonne and the sea passing at the foot of the medieval village of Biot.
We have a very nice old border collie dog who will welcome you nicely and who barely barks, as well as two lazy cat.
We are at your disposal in the neighboring house for any information or advice on outings and restaurants in the area.
At your disposal also board games, books and some toys, high chair and cot for children.
