- ON THE SOUTH ROCHELLE, CLOSE TO THE BEACHES, A SMALL LAKE AND SHOPS OF PROXIMITY (Residence of the two beaches on Google Maps and Google Earth): We depend on the city of Aytré (north) but we are at 300 meters from La Rochelle (South), next to the large beaches

Ideal hiking, biking, walks of all kinds and beaches close (10 minutes walk).

Planned to accommodate three people (real bed of 140 by 190 and a second of 90 x 190)

No vis-à-vis, south-west exposure, with private gravelled area of 20 m² and garden furniture.

Un studio fonctionnel

Ce petit studio est bien équipé et bien situé, proche des plages et de la Rochelle. Avec une place de parking et une terrasse en prime, c'est parfait. Le tout avec un propriétaire très accueillant et très sympathique !
