The apartment is very well designed, quite modern and in a good location, in one of the historical and prestigious parts of Tbilisi - Vera, 10-minute walking distance to the Rustaveli metro station. Popular venues, as well as convenient 24/7 shops, are very nearby, including ATM's and pharmacies. Everything you need is literally 'around the corner'.
The area is safe and calm. Although it is in a large block, there is no noise from either the traffic or the neighbors. Apartment locates on the 7th floor, with old-style elevator.
Windows are facing the small street, Georgian University building can be seen on the right side, a part of Melikishvili Avenue and Mount Mtatsminda on the left. The adjacent building is visible from the window. The view is usual for the city center.
All the mentioned items are indeed present in the apartment, and everything is working as it should. The heating you can control easily with a temperature dial, and the radiators are individually controllable and all work well in heating the apartment. There is an air conditioning for hot weather. The four windows can open either as a door or from the top towards you.
There are plenty of towels and bed-blankets available. The internet connection is fast enough to watch your favorite internet programs on the big Android TV. There is a metro card that you can top-up, in the welcoming package together with maps and brochures.
