No worries tho. . .the security gated, King's View Resort features a community pool with BBQ area on the channel, garage and covered parking, plus first come first serve ONSITE boat parking!! We all know that the first rule of real estate is what???? That's right. . . .location, location, location. This residence is WALKING distance to the London Bridge and LB Park, Windsor State Beach, Rotary Park (a local favorite), Bridgewater Links Golf Course, Havasu Landing Casino ferry terminal, the museum , a wide variety of dining options, nightclubs, and on and on and on.
