DECEPTION

LOCATION BIEN DIFFERENTE DES PHOTOS, PISCINE MINUSCULE, ELECTRICITE PAS AUX NORMES (nous prenions de l'électricité dans les mains lorsque nous utilisions l'évier, la personne sur place a coupé l'eau chaude mais sans rien réparé). Coupures électriques (tableau derrière un meuble avec les fils apparents). Relance pour des suppléments piscine et climatisation (nous avons refusé de payer). Cette maison était loin du descriptif de l'annonce. Nous sommes très déçu.

Bonito lugar, pero con gran margen de mejora

Nuestra estancia ha sido bastante agradable, destacamos la limpieza, la piscina (de lo mejor) y el equipamiento de la cocina y aires acondicionados. No obstante, la villa tiene algunos aspectos que mejorar. En primer lugar uno de los baños desprendía un hedor constantemente, haciéndolo impracticable. Una de las habitaciones tenía tres camas muy desgastadas, con un pésimo colchón que hacía bastante incómodo poder dormir. Tampoco tenía aire acondicionado. En general el mobiliario de esa habitación era anticuado. Por último, en exteriores creemos que hace falta fumigar, ya que la presencia de cucarachas fue una constante durante nuestra estancia, llegando a matar 6 en una sola noche. No obstante, como digo, en general la experiencia fue buena pero con un amplio margen de mejora teniendo en cuenta el precio pagado.

Authentic Amazing

The property was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the privacy and slow pace of the area and locals. Carmensa was very sweet and made us feel welcome and at home. She even made a special point to come and clean the pool during our stay, which was very thoughtful and appreciated.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Olga, elle a été d'une grande gentillesse et a répondu à nos demandes. La maison a beaucoup de charme, nous avons également apprécié la piscine. par contre, elle n'est pas très équipée pour faire la cuisine pour 10 personnes,

Abseits vom Tourismus

Das Haus ist stilecht eingerichtet und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der Innenhof ist gemütlich und hat Athmosphäre. Der Pool ist kleiner, als er aussieht. Es gibt keinen Garten. Man sollte sich auf viel Autofahren einstellen. Es sind ca. 40 Minuten bis Mogán. El Hojo und La Aldea sind nicht so toll zum Wandern. Das Inselinnere dagegen ist phantastisch. Aber man braucht ca. 90 Minuten Autofahrt, bis man dort eine Wanderung beginnen kann. In La Aldea gibt es etwas abseits einen schönen kleinen Strand, etwa 15 Minuten Fußweg und am Hafen nette Cafés.

Super für alle die es idyllisch mögen & keine Kurven scheuen

Es handelt sich um ein kleines Haus in den Bergen in La Aldea de San Nicolas. Dort gibt es so gut wie keinen Tourismus. Es ist daher vor allem interessant für Wanderer und Leute die Ruhe suchen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe - sonst allerdings nichts. Wer an einen der bekannten und belebten Strände oder in die Stadt nach Las Palmas möchte muss eine ca. (je nach Ziel) 40 minütige bis 1 stündige Autofahrt mit vielen Kurven in Kauf nehmen. Das Haus an sich ist sehr gemütlich und einfach gehalten. Es gibt vier verschiedene Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer mit Dusche sodas man gut mit 9 Leuten zurecht kommt. Die Küche war leider komplett leer, sodas wir am nächsten Tag erstmal Salz, Pfeffer und so weiter eingekauft haben. War aber nicht weiter schlimm. Die Besitzer sprechen leider nur spanisch. Bei der Übergabe war eine Freundin dabei die drei vier Worte deutsch konnte. Im Innenhof hat man nur bis ca. 14 Uhr Sonne, danach liegt der Pool im Schatten. Der Pool ist übrigens kleiner, als er auf dem Bild wirkt. Uns hat er aber gereicht. Wir haben uns trotz der Abgeschiedenheit dort sehr wohl gefühlt, würden aber das nächste Mal wieder auf Maspalomas oder Playa de Ingles zurückgreifen.

Familienfreundliche rustikale Finca abseits von den Bettenburgen

Das Haus liegt am Rande der Ortschaft La Aldea de San Nicolas an der Westküste und bietet die seltene Gelegenheit, abseits der Bettenburgen auf Gran Canaria Urlaub zu machen. Die Fotos zeigen das Haus sehr gut; wie der Vermieter die angegebenen 350 qm errechnet hat, blieb uns aber trotz mehrfachen Nachrechnens verschlossen. Das Haus besteht aus einem 30qm Aufenthaltsraum mit Küche, Essplatz und Wohnraum, darüber befinden sich zwei winzigen Schlafzimmern mit kleinem Bad, zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit eigenem Bad, sind ebenerdig über den Patio zu erreichen. Eines dieser Schlafzimmer kann bei Bedarf als Familienzimmer für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder genutzt werden; nur so kommt man auf die angegebenen 10 Plätze. Wir waren drei Paare und froh, das Familienzimmer für unsere Koffer nutzen zu können. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Patio mit Pool ist von den Nachbargrundstücken nicht einsehbar und lädt zum Entspannen ein. In wenigen Autominuten erreicht man den gut sortierten Spar-Markt (günstiger ist SuperDINO) von La Aldea, der bis 21h geöffnet ist. Das war hilfreich, denn die oft übliche Grundausstattung (Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Öl, Küchenpapier, Nudelpaket vom Vorgänger etc.) fehlte hier komplett. Die angegebene "Zentralheizung" besteht aus zwei Klima-/Heizanlagen im Aufenthaltsraum und in einem der darüber liegenden Schlafzimmer. Die Heizung im Aufenthaltsraum funktionierte nicht; Abhilfe wurde uns nach einem Anruf bei einer der angegebenen Telefonnummern in Form eines Heizlüfters gebracht, der den Wohnraum auch an den kühleren Abenden sehr schnell wohlig wärmte. Der Strand von La Aldea ist 10min entfernt. An klaren Tagen reicht der Blick bis nach Teneriffa. Tipp fürs Baden: Über den Hügel zur kleinen Strandbucht laufen. Dort gibt es einen kleinen Sandstrand. Die Gegend ist gut zum Wandern. Die Anfahrten zu den ausgeschilderten Wanderwegen (Wanderführer mitnehmen!) führen durch sehr gewundene Straßen mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge. Fazit: die Beschreibung weckt die Erwartung einer großen Finca. Das ist El Lomito nicht, aber als schönes, rustikales und familienfreundliches Feriendomizil können wir das Objekt durchaus weiterempfehlen.

Gemütliches Häuschen mit canarischem Flair!

Das Haus liegt im Westen der Insel, etwas abgelegen von grosser Zivilisation, was echt schön ist. Um dad Haus herum liegt das ursprüngliche gran canaria mit vielen Tomaten und Erdbeerplantagen. Um vom Flughafen zum Haus zu gelangen benötigt man 1,5 Stunden mit dem Auto, wovon die letzten 20 km über eine wunderschöne aber auch anspruchsvolle Serpentinenstrasse führen.(es gibt einige haltebuchten für Fotos). Das Haus selbst war sehr sauber und wir hatten eigentlich nichts zu meckern. Auch der Pool war sehr sauber und beheizt. Eine Klimaanlage ist nur in einem Schlafzimmer vorhanden, was aber überhaupt nicht schlimm ist da sich die Zimmer, aufgrund der sehr dicken Wände nicht großartig aufheizen. Mussten die Klima nicht einmal anmache n. Der nächste Supermarkt (spar-markt) ist 10 min entfernt und man bekommt dort alles was man braucht. Wenn man was erleben möchte heißt es allerdings jedesmal 40 min Serpentinen fahren da dies die einzige Verbindungsstrasse an der westküste ist. Also auf jedenfall Leihwagen buchen (der Anbieter "cicar" ist gut und günstig). Zu empfehlen ist der Strand in Mogan (touristisch, aber nicht so überlaufen wie maspalomas). Los caserones ist auch ein schöner Strand( Stein aber es gibt holzplatos zum drauf liegen). Dieser Strand ist nur 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Abschließend bleibt zu sagen dass es ein super Urlaub war. 1000 mal besser als in einem von den betonbunkern.
