Well located apartment, situated within a 5 min walk to the nearby beaches, shops and amenities, including locally famous beach bar Luna beach, in one of the well-established areas of the coast, Calahonda, just a 25 minute drive from Malaga airport and some 15 min from Marbella center. Puerto Banus about 20 min
The property comes with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and features a communal swimming pool. It has been recently refurbished, comes with new Bosch appliances and new furniture.
Walking distance to a whole range of local amenities, including Lidl, Supersol, Mercadona, McDonald´s and various local beach bars and shops. The beach is within a walking distance of some 10 min, Cabopino port can be reached in 3 minutes with a car and you can find some of the finest restaurants there. Biggest shopping center La Cañada can be reached in about 10 minutes.
