nice large home.
great location between Williams and Flagstaff.
house is large, beds are comfortable! beautiful area.
Deck and front porch (broken step) need refinished.
Overall a really nice place!
The house was great. The only drawbacks were no cell service and no propane for the grill. Otherwise we had a great trip and the house was very comfortable.
This was the perfect getaway. The home is beautiful and clean. The pictures online are accurate. Our favorite part is the view from the backyard patio. Stunning. Lori was a gracious and helpful hostess. We would be blessed to come again in the future!
We had a great time with family at this cabin. The washer has a sign, saying it doesn't work. Having kids we always get a cabin with a washer and dryer. Wish it was in the description it was not in working order.
Awesome family time! Inside this property was spacious and clean (for the most part). One family member has allergies to dog/cat hair. They found a little of, what seemed to be pet hair, on their bed. It didn’t damper our vacation. Other than that, we all really enjoyed our stay. The property owners were amazing at answering all my questions and were great to deal with.
After getting some horrible news I had to find a place quick to fulfill my sister’s wish to see the Grand Canyon. We chose Williams after we goggled where would be best to stay to see the most. I saw this and thought, wow, private, rustic, perfect for us. So I booked taking a chance. We were all in love!! This place was clean, comfortable, spacious, and above all you are surrounded with the most beautiful, sole recharging views!!! You are close to everything. We were blessed with the added bonus of snow the first night so waking up to a white wonder was breath taking!!! You can sit anywhere and watch the snow fall! It was a warm, cozy, stay! We hope to re visit again! Also the owners couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating!
Overall we were very pleased with this home. There were pros and cons. Pros: Beautiful location among the pines. Quiet. Beds were great. Kitchen was well stocked. Nicely decorated. Cons: Deck needed repair. Dishwasher fell out of the cabinet when we tried to load it. Listing said washer and dryer, but then there was a sign saying washing machine was not available. Since water is from cistern, had to boil it in order to drink it. Communication with owner/manager was great.
The property and cabin is beautiful and modern. We love the area, we're actually thinking of buying land there. The only problem we had from 5:00pm check-in to the next morning, was having no water. The guest before us used the majority of the water from the tank and what was left the caretaker used the remaining of water for cleaning. We called the owners and they had their caretaker arrive at the cabin with 5 gallons of water to use for toilets so we could at least use the restroom. My husband fixed their toilet in order to save water from leaking, because the toilet kept intermittently running. We had to purchase more water in order to wash dishes, brush our teeth and etc. The next morning at 7:30am the water truck arrived to fill the water tank. Other than the rough mishap the first night we were there, it was a nice cabin to stay in. We learn our lesson when renting these cabins; make sure the water tank is full, otherwise you could be reliable of paying to fill it up when there's very little water left or no water at all like we experienced. I'm thankful we didn't have pay the 200.00 to fill it up when it's a quarter or less left, which isn't fair. Was disappointed we did not receive any credit or any compensation for having no water the first night, fixing their toilet and purchasing water for their problem
Our favorite place on this whole property was the backyard fire pit where we enjoyed the beautiful scenery and could relax. The beds were great and overall it was clean. We did notice that some of the doors were wonky and did not shut or close properly. Board games or cornhole games would be nice!
We enjoyed this cabin immensely; the location, the accommodation was perfect. Going to the Grand Canyon, Bearazonia, Downtown Williams and we even hiked on Keyhole Sink Trail....Saw Elk in the fields and truly was a perfect, clean and large cabin. Hope to come back!

It was a beautiful property with beautiful views. The home was clean and well decorated.
The inside of this home was very clean. There was plenty of room for our party of 7. Fire pit is very nice & there is a small fireplace in the home that is nice. You are just over an hour from the south rim of the Grand Canyon and a short drive to the town of Williams which is nice. Overall we liked it & would stay again if available when we return.
Not a 5 star for the following reasons:
1. The bbq needed to be cleaned.
2. There is a washer & dryer but you are not allowed to use them.
3. The decks could use some cosmetic attention.
4. The wifi is not great. I would say okay at best & there is not much cells service in the area.
Must do in the area:
1. Grand Canyon of course.
2. Bearizona
3. Gunfighter Canyon Indoor Shooting
4. Explore Willams & Route 66.
The Property was clean and comfortable. Our stay was enjoyable. A couple of recommendations would be for the owner to clean up and refinish the front and back decks. The paint is peeling and looks bad. The decks do not convey a welcoming message. Also, I understand that water is trucked into the property and usage needs to be monitored, but as a renter you feel stressed about whether you will run out if you wash your hands too often. Finally, the online listing mentions the presence of a washer/dryer but a sign on the property indicates that you aren't able to use them. This should either not be advertised or allow limited usage (water usage issue). Overall, or stay was nice but sprucing up the place and less emphasis on water usage would make the stay more relaxing. Thank you.
Well stocked kitchen, huge deck, elk buggling. Can't wait to come back!

Nice retreat in Forest neighborhood
The home was very cozy and the forest neighborhood was very relaxing. The only thing that was misleading in the listing was the availability of the washer and dryer. The initial information showed "coin laundry", however the washer and dryer were not coin and they were not available for use by the tenant.
Very nice and clean. Great location for visiting the many sites of the area. Ceiling fans would be a great addition in all of the bedrooms for the warm days but there were a couple small window fans available that helped cool the cabin down. We had 6 adults, 5 nights and water usage was not an issue for us as we followed the owner's recommendations for showering. Very enjoyable quiet location but like any rural location be prepared with some mosquito repellent for outdoor activities. Would book again.
The cabin was very clean , roomy , and loved the cabin theme decorations. A bit inconvenience conserving the water but weanaged well. No A.C. for July, could at least have ceiling fans in master BR and the other BR that does not have one . It did get hot somewhat in the BR with no ceiling fans , maybe even have some floor fans would be helpful. Very nice neighborhood . My husband and I went for walks around the neighborhood in the mornings while it was cool. Cabin was very roomy and comfortable. I would definitely rent this cabin again if I am ever out in that area in the future80iphkvn1qq . KL July 2021 vacation.
