Beautiful condo in a great location. A bit stressful to get to/from in winter. Owner was super accessible, but frustrating that we had to contact her multiple times about items that weren't there. Due to locked doors and cabinets, there was no place to hand coats or clothes on the first floor and lighting was very poor over the dining table (for game playing). Otherwise a very nice condo in a lovely setting.

Concern about details and cleanliness
We were shocked at the lack of cleanliness of cooking ware. Specifically many of the pots and pans we covered with grease film and the kitchen utensils were dirty. The kitchen was poorly stocked, for example, only two dish towels for a five day stay, no extra Tracy bags, and expired condiments. The rugs were dirty and the curtain in the master bedroom was tattered. It really bothers me to pay a cleaning fee, require us to clean upon check only to encounter such low standards upon arrival. I have been to many vrbos and this was clearly the most substandard experience I have had to date. I believe the cleaning fee should be refunded to my account. This property is clearly overrated. On a positive the property manager was very when I contacted her about another issue.
My cousins & I enjoyed our weekend at this incredibly clean and cozy home. The appliances and fridge were nice and clean as well as floors, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and living room which is a nice perk since we are all clean freaks! We initally planned on going to Swiftwater for dinner but because we brought so much food we decided to take advantage of the wonderful gourmet kitchen and stayed in both nights. Beds were incredibly comfy and we wish we had more time to hang out to enjoy the home more. Owner was very responsive when I initially reached out to book and within minutes answered a couple of questions and was very nice to deal with. It was nice having a carport to park car under even though the weather was bright and sunny. Would definitely book this home again!! 😀
My business partner (of 25 years) and I needed a great place for our 5-day Annual Planning Meeting and when our plans fell through last minute at a different resort (due to a COVID outbreak), we thought of Suncadia. This home was absolutely perfect for us! It was clean, well stocked, spacious and very cozy. We would definitely stay here again!
This was a great home, would definitely return. The home was spotless and well decorated. Very comfortable beds, couch, etc. Great amenities, walking distance to many Suncadia assets. My only complaint is there was no coffee maker for the ground coffee we brought. There was only a K-cup machine yet no K-cups provided. I gave the feedback so hopefully the listing will be updated and other guests can come prepared with K-cups (or better yet, they are provided by the owner), as it was a bummer to go without home-brewed coffee during our stay. I think there could also be better instructions provided on how to use the various amenities like the firepit.
Great experience and will definitely look to return. The home my family of four rented was within walking distance of all the activities we wanted to experience at Suncadia resort. The home was very spacious and clean. The owner was very nice, responsive and cared about our experience.
This was our first time visiting Suncadia, and this house was the perfect place to stay and enjoy the area. The house is clean and spacious. We had two families with young kids and everyone was comfortable. Michelle responded quickly, the check-in was simple, and the rules and expectations were clearly communicated.
This property was in a great location, very close to the lodge and pool. The size was perfect for 2 families with one toddler each. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. The property manager was quick to respond when we had questions or ran into issues with the home.
We had a great visit in your home. It was big enough to easily accommodate our family of 4. The beds were comfortable, the soaking tub was very nice and the home was comfortable to be in.
