About this property

First line apartment, with large terrace and garden!

This rental consists of an apartment of 62 m2, in first line with direct access to the north beach of Port Camargue.
The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with bunk beds.
Air conditioning facing the rooms.
A bathroom with shower cubicle and separate wc.
An American kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, an American fridge, a microwave, and ceramic hobs and a Nespresso machine. (NO WASHING MACHINE but laundry nearby)
The outside of 130m2, is composed of a terrace of 30m2 with living room of garden, electrical barbecue, and a garden of 100m2 with view sea and dunes.
Relaxing or cultural tourism, you can enjoy the beach but also visit our beautiful region, the Camargue, Aigues Mortes and its ramparts, Nimes and its Roman remains and taste the local gastronomy.

Idéal pour un séjour familial à la plage

Appartement extrêmement bien placé à quelques mètres de la mer et des commodités : on peut garer la voiture et ne la reprendre que le jour du départ Un joli extérieur avec un jet d'eau bien pratique pour se débarrasser du sable en retour de plage. Appartement grand, bien équipé. SDB un peu exigue, mais ça suffit largement Propriétaire disponible, sympathique et réactive

Superbe semaine

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans l’appartement d’Emmanuelle . L’appartement est bien situe au bord de la mer . Il est très bien équipé avec tous les premiers nécessaires mis à disposition . Je recommande et si je devais retourner au grau du roi je retournerais dans le même appartement :)

La proximité de la mer, des commerces et la location conforme au descriptif et aux photos font que nous avons passé un excellent séjour. J'ai été été très bien reçue par la propriétaire très sympathique. Je recommande cette location.

Vacances tranquilles

L'accueil a été très chaleureux, malgré mon arrivée tardive, avec une propriétaire très aimable, disponible et compréhensive. L'appartement est tout à fait convenable et bien équipé pour mes besoins et le but de mon séjour, qui était le repos et profiter de la plage. Toutes les commodités commerciales sont très proches, ainsi que la plage. Mes habitudes alimentaires font que j'ai dû m'adapter à l'absence de four. Un petit regret dû à la nature: une dune obstrue en grande partie la vue de la mer, qui, heureusement, est très proche. La grande terrasse est très agréable et bien protégée des regards indiscrets. La climatisation fonctionne très bien ce qui garantit un confort de vie appréciable. J'ai aimé.

Vue mer et appéro en terrasse presque les pieds dans l'eau

Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux par Madame Fangier. Agréable séjour dans un appartement tout à fait correct. Point fort : 2 grandes terrasses couvertes avec vue magnifique. Super!

Je conseille fortement cett location. L'appartement est bien pensé. Au niveau rangement super. A quelque pas de la plage, sans vis à vis, quoi demander de plus. La cerise sur le gâteau, tous les soirs nous avons le droit au super coucher de soleil. Si j'ai à revenir dans la région, c'est ici que je reviendrai. En plus nous y sommes très bien accueillis. Ne pas hésiter un seul instant.

Très bel appartement très bien situé

Nous avons passé une formidable semaine dans cet appartement face à la mer. Les commerces se trouvent à 5 minutes à pied et la plage est à 2 pas. La propriétaire est très sympa, répond vite aux messages. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la location. La terrasse est grande et agréable, pas de vis-à-vis ni voitures. Tout était parfait, merci.

Tolle Lage und super Ausstattung

Sehr schönes Appartement mit großer Terrasse und Garten mit tollem Ausblick. Wir waren zu dritt 1 Woche hier (auch zu viert kein Problem). Da wir schon sehr oft in Port-Camargue waren können wir die Ausstattung als weit über dem Durchschnitt bezeichnen. Sehr nette Vermieter. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Sauberes Apartment direkt am Meer

Schönes Apartment - wie auf den Bildern - sauber, mit allem ausgestattet! Das Gebäude an sich: 70 er Jahre Charme etwas heruntergekommen. Übergabe und Abnahme haben bestens geklappt, Vermieterin sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Prima Unterkunft in Port Camargue! - unkomplizierter und freundlicher Kontakt zur Vermieterin - Wohnung wie beschrieben in gutem Zustand - Parkplatz vorm Haus - Strand direkt vor der Wohnung Wir hatten als vierköpfige Familie einen tollen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder! Superbe!

Appartement super agréable,lumineux ,spacieux,très bien équipé...........Grande terrasse pour profiter du soleil tout en regardant la mer. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et y retournerons sûrement. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Bref.......location à recommander+++ M et Mme cailleau
