I rent a villa only for adults children more 10 years old and without animals, maximum 6 pers 500m from the beach and 1km5 from the port Helena where are amenities and restaurants, Sanary 5km5, islands of embiez and gaou - port of brusc 3km
the house is 200m2, it has a floor accessible by a staircase consists of two bedrooms with bathroom and tv.
on the ground floor: 2 other bedrooms with private bathroom and dressing room, 1 of the rooms has tv, a toilet in the corridor serves the rooms
the ground floor of 50 m2 is composed of a large living room with dining table and open kitchen with central island
wc and laundry
outside: rectangular pool of 30m2 with 1 shower and 1 wc outside; sheltered teak terrace + BBQ dining table and garden furniture and gazebo, large lawn near the pool
private parking that can hold 3 cars
