Looking for calm, comfort, with pool and incredible views? This is where we find all this. In addition to the proximity of the beach, restaurants, cultural activities, leisure and outdoor. All this in a recent decor and a place of life with all the amenities. The house is ideal for families with 2 children or 4 adults. Fully equipped house. You just have to sit there and enjoy!

Haus mit Aussicht
Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Haus mit Reparaturrückstau: viele defekte Lampen, Schlafzimmertür schließt nicht, Außenmarkise defekt, Toilettendeckel lose und abgenutzt, Handbrause in der Badewanne funktioniert nicht. Leider war das Haus nicht sehr sauber. In vielen Ecken und Schränken wurde schon länger nicht mehr sauber gemacht. Die Toilettenbürste war unhygienisch alt und verschmutzt, der Badteppich abgenutzt und schmutzig. Es gab nur einen kleinen Sonnenschirm als Ersatz für die defekte Markise. Nicht ausreichend für das sonnige Grundstück. Außerdem musste man diesen, je nach Sonnenstand, täglich hin und her schleppen. Der Garten war sehr schmutzig und ungepflegt, viele vertrocknete Pflanzen. Im Großen und Ganzen mussten wir erstmal eine Grundreinigung vornehmen um uns einigermaßen wohl zu fühlen. Den Fernseher konnte man nicht benutzen, nur spanische Programme die sich aber auch nicht richtig einstellen ließen. Die Vermieterin ist informiert und möchte die Probleme angehen. Positiv war der tolle Pool, die schöne Aussicht, die Ruhe und die freundlichen Nachbarn mit Kater. Schön war auch die große Garage, somit war das Auto vor der großen Hitze geschützt und musste nicht auf den sehr engen Straße stehen.

Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und für uns vier Personen definitiv groß genug. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr schnell und wir haben uns steht’s wohl gefühlt. Wir waren etwas überrascht wie hoch in den Bergen das Haus liegt. Das hat auch seinen Charm nur haben wir auf dem steilen Weg hoch und in die Garage mehrfach mit dem Auto aufgesetzt. Leider gab es keine Handtücher oder Bettwäsche, wir haben uns dann selber welche mitgebracht. Louise hatte aber auch angeboten einen Service für uns zu buchen. Insgesamt war es ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt, man muss nur definitiv damit rechnen immer Auto zu fahren und am besten eins zu nutzen das nicht sehr tief liegt. PS: uns hat immer eine sehr liebe Katze besucht. Sie hat zwar laut miaut sich aber dann als freundlich und gesellig erwiesen. Hinterher fiel uns der Abschied sogar schwer :D

Beautiful view and pool
Our stay was very relaxing. The view over Lloret de Mar was beautiful at day and night. The pool was very refreshing and it was lovely to swim and enjoy the view. The house was very well equipped although we had not realised the need to pay extra for linen. It was easy to get down to the coast by car. A fan for both bedrooms would be a good idea because it was hot at night.

Das Haus liegt oben Lloret und deshalb mit panoramische Blick auf Lloret sogar aus dem Pool. Untergang der Sonne. Ruhige Lage. Wir haben eine ganz schöne Woche erlebt!

Lo que se anuncia pero mal cuidado
Situación con vistas preciosas , estuvimos bien, pero lastima de: Querían cobrarnos 54 euros adicionales por ropa de cama y toallas, cosa que no avisa en anuncio en español Piscina, te manchaba de verde el cuerpo al tocar las paredes y se veía el verde en los bordes, mal mantenimiento Nivel del agua por debajo de lo que se ve en fotos, por mal mantenimiento, no se le hizo ningún mantenimiento durante la semana de estancia Muchas hormigas, hasta en la cama durmiendo Limpieza justa
