About this property

The property is a beautifully decorated second-floor condominium with designer furnishings and high-end appliances in the Faro de Mita complex in the quaint town of Punta de Mita. Here you will find all the amenities to keep you relaxed, comfortable and fully entertained with the many activities and dining options just steps away.

Our unit features a master bedroom suite with a king-sized bed, private bath with a large walk-in shower, large closet, additional storage, and TV.

The second bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet with storage.

Our third sleeping area has a twin bed and houses the washer/dryer and storage closet.

A private patio has two lounge chairs and a cafe dining table for two for relaxing, whale watching and enjoying with the sounds of the waves.

Beautiful Condo

We had an amazing stay at this quiet, clean, beautiful condo. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. We watched whales and boats throughout the day. The security was top notch and we enjoyed the short walk to the beach as well as the fantastic beach front restaurants. We will definitely vacation at this exact spot again.

Amazing spot!

Absolutely loved this property. Reserved it without knowing anything about the property or the town. Both proved to be perfect for our spring break vacation! Pictures listed are identical to what you'll see when you get there. Great kitchen, with absolutely anything you could need. Upscale furnishings, amazing views and the entire property is so well maintained. Highly recommend!

Great location and condo

My boyfriend and I just spent 5 nights in Punta Mita. The condo was just as showed in the pictures. The pool is great and the surf spots were awesome. And the concierge service is top notch.

Clean, safe, secure condo complex in town so walking to restaurants and shopping is easy. Property management staff were communicative and professional. Beds were comfortable and view of pool area was beautiful. We could also see waves at El Anclote beach and there is beach access from complex. Overall wonderful week in Punta Mita!
