We welcome you to our residence Bronco Mar! Newly furnished with updated heated PRIVATE pool! Visit this 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home with 4600sqft providing room for the entire family! Modern style with an added rustic, desert twist! Experience the best of Arizona centrally located near baseball stadiums, shopping, and more! First floor MASTER BEDROOM has a king-size bed, attached full bath with his and hers robes and double vanity...plus access to the outdoor patio! The upstairs includes 4 guest bedrooms each with a TV (3) with Queen-size beds and (1) with two Twin-size beds and 2 full bathrooms. A recreational loft with POOL TABLE, TV, board games, PS3, and movies. Spacious kitchen fully stocked with Keurig coffee machine, utensils, dinnerware, glasses, pots/pans includes stainless steel appliances, 3 stools, table for 4, coffee maker, kid-friendly BPA free plates/bowls, and much more! Dining room and extra seating area off from the living room. OUTDOOR POOL with plenty of seating, outdoor grill, Pack-N-Play, and pool toys including baby float! Outdoor dining table (not pictured) seats 6. Pool lounge chairs provided (4).

Pool Heat: You can request for the pool to be heated October-March. There is a DAILY charge to heat the pool.

Family get together
My family, to consist of siblings and spouses, we’re in Peoria AZ to celebrate a cousin’s birthday. The house was very comfortable, plenty of room for all of us to have our own bedroom, bathrooms were spacious and well stocked.. Kitchen was very nice and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and the outdoor pool. Spent most of our evenings visiting on the back patio, where there was ample room for everyone. Would definitely recommend this house. Desi was very accommodating and responded quickly to any inquiries we had.

Amazing place to stay!
The house was amazing for family and friends. Very clean with plenty of room for a party of 9-10. The upstairs was used by the kids that included a pool table and video games. The adults enjoyed the wide open seating areas and of course the pool area. We will defiantly be planning another trip to this house!

We had a great stay at this Terramar property! We really loved the location of the house. The neighborhood was great and easy access to a lot fun things to do in the area. The house was great with lots of room for the two families staying at the house. It was great to have a pool and well worth getting it heated in March. Desi was great to work with and easy to contact with any questions we had. I would stay again!

A week in Phoenix
This is a great house for a large group. It's very spacious with 3 separate seating areas. Our hostess was easy to communicate with and responsive. The house, however, is sparsely equipped with things like towels & places to hang them, luggage tables, and cooking implements. If you like to cook a lot - you may find the kitchen lacking. There were problems with lights being out while we were there and the owner was not able to resolve them that week. One member of our group actually fell because the steps between the areas are not taped or very visible. However - if you are visiting & touring in that part of Phoenix - this place is a treasure.

Family Christmas celebration
This place was nicely set up and allowed lots of space for my adult children, their spouse and the grandkids. Choosing to have the pool heated was great we enjoyed playing in it and when a kiddo tipped in I was grateful it wasn’t freezing cold. The kitchen could use a few bigger pans for cooking for the large groups the space allows, but the kitchen was otherwise great. It was nice to be in the kitchen and still feel like part of the activities. Communication with the owner was amazing and I look forward to visiting again.

Awesome place
This was a wonderful home in a nice neighborhood. It was close to shopping and fun activities. We gathered as a family of 12 for Thanksgiving and a special religious activity. I could not have been happier about our choice of where to stay, or the home we stayed in.

We rented Bronco Mar for our family stay that included 7 of us. There were just enough beds to accommodate all of us very comfortably. The kids especially loved the pool! We all had a wonderful visit and we would definitely stay here again!

10 of us came down for the Waste Management golf tournament and this house fit our needs perfectly. Pool was warm, plenty of space in the house, house was very clean, nice area. Also, Desi was very helpful during the booking process and leading up to the trip.

Our Christmas Wish
This home offered our family of 13 everthing we hoped for and more with 21 of us gathering for Christmas Eve around the tree that our host Desi purchased and had set up for our arrival. We swam in the heated pool all week and when the weather wasn't great there was plenty of room for playing games, shooting pool, watching movies and taking naps (when needed). We were blessed to find this home to rent to bring our adult kids and grandkids together in Arizona for Christmas!

Excellent property for multiple families!
We shared the house with 2 other families and it worked really well for our 5 adults and 4 teens. We had plenty of space to sprawl out. We loved the convenience of being able to do laundry and cook too! There was a set of toilet paper and other toiletries provided which was a great amenity! L Desi always responded quickly answering my questions and was easy to work. We loved the house and would stay again!
