Maison Ile grande

Maison bien placée mais dommage : * pour l’intérieur trop vieillot (au lieu de mettre des mots : cassé par locataires indélicats on répare et on met du solide) * Odeur de renfermée. * Ménage peut mieux faire * mobilier extérieur on n'a pas osé le sortir...

Insalubre

A notre arrivée, aspect extérieur préoccupant avec une partie d'un arbre dans le jardin arrachée (semble dater vu les feuilles). A l'entrée, tres mauvaise odeur, en lisant les quelques mots affichés, on comprend qu'il y a un souci (veuillez aérer la maison, ouvrir les ventilations, etc...). Impossible de dormir à l'etage, odeur d'égout insoutenable. Ensuite la propreté, c'est sale, le menage est fait grossièrement, il y a des mouches mortes, c'est très poussiéreux. Dans la cuisine, des boites carton de sucre, de pates vides et déchirées, des contenants de produits ménagers vides également (?). Le matériel de jardin est extrêmement crasseux, entreposé ou plutôt jeté dans un abri avec d'autres objets aussi inutiles que sales. Une chasse d'eau fuit (celle du haut mais nous n'y allons pas cause odeur) et celle du bas est cassée. Après la partie électrique, c'est juste impensable. Des multiprises sur des multiprises, pas de prises de terre pour le frigo, des cordons rafistolés avec du scotch... J'appelle l'agence pour signaler ces anomalies avec photos à l'appui. Ils proposent de faire passer un agent pour le ménage, mais il faudrait 1 jour voir plus pour remettre tout en etat... Ils font passer le plombier dans la journée. Il règle le problème de la fuite du haut mais n'a pas le matériel pour celle du bas et ne pourra le réparer qu'à la fin de notre séjour ! Bref, j'aurais espéré un dédommagement, 1 semaine à 1000€... Une 1ere et dernière expérience pour nous.

Eigentlich eine schöne Location, aber

Leider schmälert der modrige Geruch durch Feuchtigkeit den Wohnwert. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist dadurch unbenutzbar. Das Haus ist in keinem guten Zustand. An sonsten ist alles in mehr als ausreichender Menge vorhanden.

Location agréable très bien placée.

Emplacement calme. Plage à proximité. Très bien équipée pour la cuisine avec beaucoup de vaisselles et de quoi cuisiner. Idéale pour les vacances.

Maison bien équipée Environnement très calme La maisons est un peu humide surtout au rez de chaussée. Fleurs séchée et plantes plastiques peu recommandées pour les allergiques
