Lovely home and great location

We loved staying here. The kitchen, while small, had everything we needed to cook 3 meals a day. The location made it easy to come home for lunch and then hop back on the slopes. We were familiar with the Snowflake run and knew there can be some poling and skating to get back but the unit is worth it. It’s so nice to have a heated garage to store gear and get ready each morning. We even had a car in the garage and had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 teenagers to get ready. It’s evident that the owners tried to think of everything you might need, like benches in the garage and places to hang skies and coats. I suggest bringing slippers with you into the garage to keep your socks dry after removing snowy boots. We would definitely stay here again. Great value!

Great Condo and Location

5 stars. Would definitely come back. Condo had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and furniture. Loved the large hot tub at the end of the day. Super easy walk, even in ski boots, to where you access the run down to the Snowflake lift. Owners were very accommodating and responsive to questions.

Awesome place

Perfect place to stay if you love skiing. Just a few minute walk to the nearest trail, comfortable condo and a nice hot tub to soak in after a full day of skiing.

The condo was just as described. Was a wonderful location and experience. My favorite part was that the pots and pans to cook werent old throw aways. They were nice,, clean non-stick pots and pans that made it easy to cook with. Ive stayed at a lot of places and isnt the usual experience with that. Was just a small thing but shows the respect the owners have for their renters. We really appreciated that. That same respect was throughout the home, communication and overall experience. Will 100% stay again

Great Location

This was our 3rd year staying in this neighborhood and it was fantastic yet again. The property itself was clean and had all of the amenities. We love that the bedrooms are on 3 separate floors so everyone has they own space and the well-maintained hot tub was the perfect touch after a long day on the slopes. The ski in/ski out aspect of this property is unmatched and we can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay for skiing!

This townhome was perfect for our all needs. This was our first ski trip to the Rockies and loved it. Only downside at all is the flat parts of snowflake trail and exhaustion from poling. Made lunches at the home less desirable. Only one issue arose as the water level in hot tub got too low to heat but we added water and resolved the issue. Owners were contacted and fixed the issue, which we caused from all the use, entirely in a timely manner. Highly recommended this property just not where I would stay again knowing all I know now about the big mountain. Absolutely nothing negative about this rental, my complaint is the trail that accesses it. We were visited many times by local foxes which was a nice sight. Plenty of board games and playing cards to stay entertained during the evening. Thank you Paul and Judy for offering your lovely home for our first visit to the Rockies.

Mountain condo with east access to slopes

This condo looks like the pictures. Plenty of room for 4 of us with 3bedrooms and a bath for each. There is also a bonus room with sofa bed. We didn’t try it. Just know that each bedroom is on a different floor if stairs are an issue. 10 minute walk to town-easy access to everything. We’d stay here again! Loved the fireplace and open living space. Oh, the heated garage was fabulous!! Hot tub sparkling clean.

Great Ski Vacation

We were three couples in their 60s, and for a few days one adult child. The lower level was perfect for the couple whose child visited, as they had the bedroom, den with sofa bed and bath to themselves. Each of the other couples had the privacy of bedrooms on separate floors, along with a bath of their own. The living space was comfortable with lots of seating on a sectional couch. Dining space was nice. The kitchen is tight. We ate most dinners out, so that wasn’t a big drawback, but if more than one person was in the kitchen, they were bumping into each other. We liked the location for skiing. You had to walk one or two units down the street, (maybe 50 yards) and then you could cut between houses and access a ski trail down to the Snowflake lift. To ski back home required some skating and poling, but was doable. Our only complaint about the property was the mattresses. The 2nd floor and main floor both are showing their age—slight sag in the center. The memory foam toppers don’t make up for this. The full mattress in the bunk room, and the bed itself was noisy. The mattress and bed creaked at every movement. The couple who had that room moved to the sofa bed in the den once their son left. The bunks might be fine for kids, but didn’t work well for adults.

Skiing paradise

We had a wonderful spring break in Breckenridge. The Four O' Clock house was wonderful for our family of 4. The Hot Tub was fantastic after a long day of skiing.

Great location; great amenities

Well-maintained and clean property. Basement bunk room has a 3rd bed (trundle) although we four adults didn't use it, choosing instead to use the basement den/laundry room as a 4th bedroom (sleeper sofa was more comfortable than expected). There were a lot of supplies and dry goods left for us to use. As other reviews mention, the property is more ski-out than ski-in. Getting back to the townhouse traverses two flat stretches. If you get up enough speed and pole/skate, it can be done without stopping. Probably impossible for a snowboarder. Still, the place is very well located near the snowflake lift which opens at 8:30 a.m. and allows ready access to peak 8. This is a great property at a reasonable price.

“First Run” Spacious Breck Home

Very easy to get on the slopes and catch the first run on powder days! Rented gear skis/etc from the Charter Sports Blue Sky at bottom of Snowflake Lift (very short drive). Put kids in ski school at Beaver Run which was a short drive or Peak 8 which is right near where snowflake lift drops you off. Lots of bed options for big families with many kids . Spacious living room and fully stocked kitchen which was great for saving money by eating in. Many TVs which allowed letting the kids watch their shows in a different room. Radiant floor heat including in the garage which dried our skis overnight. Fireplace also great for drying gear. Hot tub with heated steps to access it. Easy to find the unit and use the garage code. Strict 2 car max on site. Truly the only downside was the snowflake run has numerous flat spots that requires poling (or removing your board) and helping kids. Not a big deal if you’re a good skier and can skate your skis but got old by the end of the trip for my family. This applies to any unit accessible via the snowflake run so just be aware. Still the unit and hosts are 5-star!
