As the new owners of Southern Vieux Too Cabin , we are thrilled to share our mountain-side sanctuary with any couple or family searching for a private and charming getaway. Our cabin is the ideal place to unwind on your honeymoon and create lasting memories as you enjoy the romantic beauty of surrounding nature. While Southern Vieux Too Cabin lies tucked away in the wooded wonderland, it also provides easy access to the city’s nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping in the arts and crafts community, guaranteeing you every desired aspect of your vacation.

Southern Vieux Too Cabin allows you to rest in the quiet paradise with its beautiful king bed loft bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen with new appliances, and living room. The Loft master bedroom and bathroom offer the most romantic setting and beautiful mountain views while lounging in the king-sized bed and relaxing in the heart-shaped Jacuzzi tub. The sunrise and natural lighting begs you to enjoy a morning cup of coffee from the comfort of the bed while beholding an enchanting view of Mount LeConte.

However, the master bedroom and bathroom is not the only place to soak in the natural bliss of the mountains’ embrace. Enjoy the intimacy of the cozy fire among the gas log fireplace, or become mesmerized from the private hot tub and 2 rocking chairs on the balcony overlooking the Southern Views, wooded mountain, and ample wildlife. The balcony and fireplace add to the romantic and private setting you are looking for, perfect for sipping on an early morning cup of tea or a late night glass of wine.

Our wooded oasis lies amid a flat parking drive without any steep roads on the drive up, offering easy access to the door; and it provides attractive amenities including a functioning washer and dryer, pool table and Pac-Man multi-gaming system for friendly competitions, and a charcoal grill with surrounding grassy areas perfect for casual cookouts and picnics.

Weekend Getaway

The Cabin was great, we didn’t have any issues and it was fairly quiet. I was looking for a cabin more secluded from others, so I am going to blame my lack of research due to excitement and the fact i didnt view the property from google satelite or would have noted the 3 cabins relatively close to ours and a busy road on the back porch view. This is in no way a bad review of the cabin, the loft has a stunning sunrise/set view right from the comfort of the bed & if i brag on the jacuzzi tub, this review will never end, haha.

My husband and I stayed here while Honeymooning in Gatlinburg, and it is the most perfect, cozy cabin to stay at for your Honeymoon! It is so quiet and secluded but still close to everything fun!

The calm before the storm!

It was wonderful, we went all over Gatlinburg and pigeon forge, we went on a helicopter ride and went to the aquarium! The commute from town to town was great and quick, we saw bears and elk and turkeys all on the drive in from the state park! Unfortunately we had to cut the trip short because of the hurricane but it was as peaceful at the cabin as anyone could ask for! We loved it and hope to come back to finish the honeymoon that we started!

This was a beautiful cabin and was an amazing place to rent. I recommend staying at this cabin if you are looking to be close to the Gatlinburg area. The views from the cabin were incredible. I could not have asked for a better place to stay!!!

Great place for an Anniversary!

The property was clean and comfortable. The location is great! It’s remote enough for privacy, and close enough to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge for plenty to do. Definitely recommend!

Why they chose this property

This property is our second investment sharing the same driveway to our first investment. It possesses every little feature that creates an ambiance of a 'Home Away from Home.' We hope that you enjoy this cabin as much as we do! The name Southern Vieux Too was very easy to choose because it is an exact replica of Southern Vieux with the same beautiful view! One would think that the word "Southern" encompasses the South; however, the word Vieux (pronounced view) was borrowed from "Vieux Carre," which is another term for the Famous New Orleans French Quarter. The word Southern describes the direction our visitors look to see the amazing view of Mt. LeConte.
