This beautiful house of character, quiet and pleasant is located in an old farmhouse with 2000 m2 garden 300m from the hamlet with breathtaking views of the Aveyron valley. There is a garage and courtyard, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, a large living room with fireplace, fully redone kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom with 3 beds (1 in 140, 1 in 120 and 1 in 90) , 1 bedroom with 2 beds (1 in 140 and 1 in 120), 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 + child's bed, 1 sofa bed in separate room. 8 people can sleep easily

Activities: hiking, mountain biking, fishing, mushroom, very nice inter-communal recreation area, swimming pool 7 kms, visit of the igues, the museums of the painter Soulages and Fenaille in Rodez and its cathedral, bastides in Rouergue, Najac castles, Belcastel , Conques, Aubrac plateau, Tarn gorges and Millau viaduct, many gourmet night markets in the summer
