Pet-Friendly Condo Steps From Gondola & Village Shops - #421

A convenient, delightful studio approximately 500 steps from The Village (and gondola) at Mammoth. With a queen bed and queen sofa sleeper, this studio unit accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and is perfect for a small family or couples retreat. There is a privacy wall separating the bed area from the living area. This studio has a fully equipped and updated kitchen, is clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the necessary linens, toiletries, and paper products required to make your stay enjoyable.

Once you arrive, there's no need to drive! Park your car and walk to shops, restaurants, bars, and events. Let the gondola whisk you away to Canyon Lodge and the ski lifts or jump on the free Blue Line shuttle and experience good ol' town transportation to the lodge. This is a prime Mammoth location. Mammoth Estates is one of the best-maintained complexes in the area.

The pool, spa, sauna, and recreation room (with a ping pong table and pinball machine) are located directly outside the front door and can be accessed during your stay from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm, 7 days a week. The unit has cable television and high-speed internet for those who prefer to stay indoors and is pet-friendly (1 pet maximum) for those interested in bringing a furry friend along.

Great place to stay

Convenient, clean, and straightforward place to stay. Kitchen was well equipped and bed was comfy. Easy 10 minute walk to the Village in the winter, and parking spaces were well plowed (we arrived just after a storm). Thanks!

Nice condo well situated.

Cozy condo well situated with shuttle to Canyon Lodge (Mammoth ski resort) right across the street and within walking distance to the Village at the base of the gondola where there are restaurants and shops. First level unit with only a few steps to access it. Right next to recreation center and hot tub. Although it's fun to be close to the hot tub, it can be a bit noisy during the weekend evenings when people join there to chill out and party but otherwise it's quiet. Kudos for the welcome goodies that were given to us. 😊

Cozy Little Condo Close to the Village

Great little spot for a quick weekend trip. I booked on short notice and the place exceeded my expectations. The condo was very clean, although it is a pet friendly condo and minor traces of past pets could be found (anybody who has pets understands it's nearly impossible to get rid of all of the hair). It might be a little small for a group larger than 3, but it was great for just me. I didn't have to move my vehicle all weekend and was able to easily walk to the Gondola in the Village (about a 5-10 minute walk in ski gear, I'd estimate less than a quarter mile). Easy in, easy out, all the amenities you'd want, and great communication from the rental agency.

A Walk a Way From Everything

Comfortable with the the basics, this condo had everything we needed, including convenient proximity to restaurants and shops. This was our second stay here. We hope to return again.

Cute little place and a great location!

Small and cozy. Close to the hot tub and an easy walk to the village and gondola. Revelry at the hot tub can be a bit noisy, but shuts down at 10pm. We would stay again!

Great Place and Location - Beware of the rental agency

The is a great little pet friendly condo very close to Mammoth Village and all that it offers. Beware the your communication will not come from Vrbo but from a rental agency called Nomadness. Not knowing this caused me check in issues. They and their partners will also spam you.

Perfect for 2 of us and our dog. Small but suitable. Bed was comfy. Great location. Close to town. Thank you for the lovely treat basket. We really enjoyed this condo. Hot tub right outside our door was a bonus. Parking was good. Very clean. Kitchen was perfect for our needs. Loved the full sized fridge. All kitchen amenities were appreciated. It was a perfect stay. Would book again but the price went up. This is a great little condo for 2 people. Perfect little spot while visiting Mammoth.

Family Trip

Great all around!! Location was perfect and the unit fit our family of 4 great. Clean and had everything we needed. The management staff was awesome. We had a traveling issue and they worked with us through the entire adventure. Would definitely come back!!

Great Place

This place was perfect for the 2 of us and our dog. We were close to the village so getting around was a breeze. The unit was comfy and had a great fire place that heated up the place quickly. The condos had a fun rec room with a ping pong table and pool table. We were stuck inside one day during our visit because of wildfire smoke and the place was so comfy! Thank you for a great stay.

Great place, walking distance to the village

The condo is perfect for a couple. My husband, dog, and I had enough space for an entire week. It is well stocked, management was responsive, it is next to the rec room & pool, and a short walk away to the village. It seems as if most units were rentals, and you can hear the bands playing at the village when scheduled, which is great if you want to be near all the action. Everything about the place was positive, with the exception of the bed. It seemed like the topper was too stacked and/or too small for the mattress itself which made it weird. It was not comfortable for me, but everyone has different preferences..It may be comfy for you, who knows. Still, we would stay there again.

Condo has no AC and it was hot!

The condo was perfect for us with the one exception that it was so hot it was uncomfortable. We bought the last 2 fans in Mammoth and that helped, but beware if you go in the summer it can get hot and I would recommend bringing a fan from home just in case. I was less than happy with the property managment company. The parking passes they gave us were just printed pieces of paper and when we left they asked us to mail them back at our own expense or they will charge us for those pieces of paper. I had to push back because I was so appalled that they would charge me for something that would cost them nothing to replace

The property was as described. Contactless checking in was seamless. We asked for a late check-out and they responded quickly and were able to accommodate our request. The only thing was it was a bit stuffy, it’s also summer but we got a small fan from the local DIY store and it was perfect!

Weekend get away

My spouse, golden retriever and I went to Mammoth for a fishing weekend get a way. The condo was perfect for two people. We were greeted with a welcome basket and a guest book. A nice little touch. The bed was very comfortable. The condo was nice and clean. The directions were easy to follow for getting into the condo and for trash removal. We enjoyed our visit and we look forward to returning.

Perfect Retreat

It's the little things that count, and we counted so many in this adorable little condo. Well appointed, cozy, extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed including a basket of snacks which greeted us as we walked in to the kitchen. Additionally, the location is perfect. Close to the village and the gondola, we didn't have to drive at all!
