Relaxing

Clean and welcoming with plenty of space and ease of use. Went in winter when things were a bit slower but it was perfect for our getaway. A great place for the family to unwind.

Christmas Holiday

We stayed for a week over the Christmas holidays. The house easily accommodated our group of eight people and one dog. We enjoyed the easy walk to the National Wildlife Refuge and a quick drive for winter beach walks. We enjoyed spending time with a roaring fire and a few dips in the hot tub. Tori was very responsive to the couple of issues that arose.

Outstanding weekend on the Cape

A bit thank you to Tory for her beautiful, clean, and well appointed house on Cape Cod. Having master bedrooms on each floor was a real plus. The house was fully stocked for our Thanksgiving cooking needs and we loved the large great room on the first floor. The smaller rooms, and the office, were both appreciated. And having an enclosed back yard was a bonus. (Too bad the pool and hot tub were not on the late November list of things to do.)

Wonderful week on Cape Cod

This New Seabury home had everything we were looking for: good location, backyard pool, generous space inside, good amenities, and a responsive owner. It provided an excellent base for visits to nearby South Beach and Falmouth's Old Silver Beach. The kitchen inside and the grill outside served us well when we ate in. This house will be top of our list for our 2025 plans.

Great visit to the Cape!

House was perfect for a family. Pool entertained our son and the hot tub was a win for the adults! Great location to a variety of different activities. House had everything we needed for the week!

Vacation over Thanksgiving with grandparents. House was exceptional for our needs, loaded with amenities (game room/hot tub), many places to walk/drive nearby (Mashpee Commons, etc), Host was a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive. Would highly recommend staying here anytime of the year!

Great stay

Awesome house with every amenity we could think of. We've been going to cape cod every summer for the last 20 years and I think this has been the nicest house we have stayed in. Pool and hot tub worked well and were nice addition to our stay. Beds were comfortable and the lay out of the house was perfect for our group

Perfect family vacation property!

Incredible house with everything a family would need for vacation including a great backyard (with pool + hot tub), bright and airy living area, modern kitchen, pool table in the basement and bikes in the garage. This is our 2nd stay at this home and we continue to be impressed. Owner is great to communicate with and provides an area guide. Looking forward to staying here again.

Awesome first VRBO stay

The property had everything we needed and then some! Beautiful neighborhood, close to beaches, so many cape areas to easily explore from here. We went seal watching, made it over to Martha’s Vineyard, explored Falmouth and Woods Hole. Every day brought something different - The host was extremely responsive and able to handle all our questions remotely. Having never rented via VRBO, this was an amazing experience for us and our friends and family. We will be back! G

Great place to stay on the Cape

The house is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need. It was a real home from home. It was lovely to have the pool and beaches are close by also. It is also close to shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property for a holiday on Cape Cod. Thanks Tory for the use of your lovely house, we had a brilliant time!

Fantastic layout for a group of 8 or 10, with all the amenities for a wonderful stay! We were here for three nights over the NYE weekend, and had a great time. Tory was very responsive to any questions we had while there!

Wonderful Cape Cod vacation stay

We could not have been happier with our New Seabury rental experience. The property was very clean, comfortable, well furnished and equipped. Nice level of privacy with comfortable seating and grill adjacent to private well-maintained pool and backyard. Plenty of outdoor recreation opportunities with helpful owner Tory making available everything from bikes to kayaks, fishing rods and beach hairs snd cooler. Tory is a top-notch and very responsive owner/host. Less than s mile to South Cape Beach and short drive to restaurants and shopping.

Classy property

The house is gorgeous, decorated with a great eye, and a ton of taste / class. G The neighborhood is flat, and great for jogging. The beach is close. Shops close by. Many restaurants were closed off season but Falmouth was alive! The homeowner Tory was a pleasure to communicate with. I would Love To come Back.

Fun and Relaxing!

We had a great time! Tory’s home is spacious and beautiful and Is located close to Mashpee Commons which was great for restaurants and shopping. Tory adds a lot of touches and was quickly responsive to any questions we had! The beach is close by and we also enjoyed exploring other Cape towns for shopping and restaurants. The pool table and hot tub are fun to enjoy at the end of the day!

Absolutely Perfect!!!

My son was married at the Pomponessett Inn so I was looking for a house for my family and my parents and I couldn’t of made a better choice. One master bedroom on the first floor and one on the second fit all of us perfectly great location. I highly recommend this house extremely well stocked with anything you need. Thanks for a great and memorable weekend.

Great family headquarters for wedding week

We stayed for a week surrounding a wedding event that we attended in Falmouth. My wife and I and our son and his fiancee stayed at the property. It was a nice spacious place to relax at during the week. The house was updated and had a nice kitchen which we used for breakfasts. Although we didn't use them, the house also had a nice pool and hot tub. The home comes equipped with some clam rakes and a clamming license which we used one morning for a fun time clamming at a local beach/bay. All in all, I would recommend it highly for a family type vacation. It was more than enough for us and could have easily accomodated several more guests.

Great place to stay for the summer!

Fantastic property in Mashpee with lots of space and things to do. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect the for family and the kids. The billards table in the basement was a huge hit and the nearby beaches and kayaking were fantastic. The house was filled with tons of board games, toys, cards and chess that kept everyone busy on rainy days. The garage had 3 bikes 3 kayaks and lots of stuff for the beach, clamming, fish etc. One minor disappointment was the outdoor BBQ. It was small and didn't heat very evenly so we didn't use it much. Fortunately, the indoor kitchen was well equipped with a great commericial grade range with a grill and griddle. Would totally recommend!

Great home for a family or two

Really enjoyed staying at Tory’s home. Well appointed, great for our family of 5 with tons of sleeping areas. Convenient to restaurants and the beach. Look forward to staying there again.

I am a 37 year old real estate development professional. I am married with two young daughters and one dog. I studied finance at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and have traveled all over the world. I love skiing, fishing, boating, and spending time with family and friends.

Why they chose this property

My grandparents have lived in New Seabury since I was a baby, so I have been spending my summers in this area as long as I can remember. My father purchased our home in 2002 and passed it on to me in 2019. I have decided to open up our home to others and we are excited to share this special place with you!

What makes this property unique

I love this home because of all the fun activities to do here. You can go to the beach or just hang out by the pool. You can ride bikes to the marketplace or down to Waquoit Bay to rake clams. In the evenings you can relax in the hot tub and grill food on the deck. Later in the evenings the basement is a great place to play pool and darts while the kids are asleep.
