room, dining room, kitchen, and dinette, with a washer and dryer. Screened enclosed lanai with panoramic pond view. Condo located in highly sought after community with 24/7 staffed gated security. Tennis and pickleball courts, Pro shops, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. There is a resort-style heated pool with satellite pools within the community, a resistance pool, jacuzzi spa and a Tiki bar with waitress service.
The main clubhouse includes casual and fine dining, billiard room, and a library. There are numerous planned actives throughout the year. The community is ideal for walking and bike riding. The condo is fully furnished including two flat-screen TVs with cable and internet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stain steel appliances. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with its own bath. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed.
