You'll be able to enjoy the entire home and yard. There is a covered carport and a parking spot right next to it as well.
Home is supplied by city water/sewer. Home has heat pump, central AC, electric water heater, fully stocked kitchen, fully furnished, linens provided, starter kit of essentials provided (Toilet Paper, Paper towels, coffee, and tea). High speed Wi-Fi provided at 500 Mbps. Two TVs with Firestick and Apple TV, blueray/dvd players, sound bar. Also equipped with yoga mats and laundry room with washer and dryer.

Applicants who do not meet minimum screening standards will not be approved.
-Applicant must have current photo identification and a valid social security number.
-Applicant's monthly household income must meet or exceed 1.5 times the rent. All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered. Cosigners are accepted to meet this requirement.
-Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years.
-Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords.
-Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life. Credit score must be a minimum of 600.
-A background check will be conducted on all applicants 18 years and older. Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility.
-Applicant must be a non-smoker.
-Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom.

A separate pet fee of 250$ is require for all stays with pets. Fee will be requested after booking is finalized.
We have a separate lease for bookings. Please send an inquiry and we will send a copy through the messaging app for you to review. Once you have reviewed the lease and find it acceptable we will approve your booking request. Then you will have 7 days to complete a background and credit check through an online service that we use. If you do not complete in within 7 days your booking will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
