The apartment is on the third floor. It consists of a large air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, as well as a double sofa bed, an American-style kitchen with a sea-view terrace and a bathroom with shower. The apartment has an area of ​​about 60 square meters, has air conditioning, heating, satellite and digital LCD TV, safe, stainless steel kitchen utensils, emergency lights.

The mansion was built over one hundred years ago and completely renovated in 2010. The apartment has an independent entrance and is ideal for accommodating up to four people. If you want you can rent two apartments, on the same floor in order to get up to 6 beds with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. In this case an intermediate door separates the entire third floor from the rest of the building.
