This lovely, tastefully decorated 3 BR home is 4/10 mile from the soft sands of spectacular Good Harbor Beach. Whether taking a morning walk or packing a cooler and chair, you're a short walk away. All 3 cozy bedrooms are on the 2nd floor as is the full size bath. A 1/2 bath with washer/dryer is on the first floor off of the open kitchen. The large 16X22 deck and private backyard are perfect for after beach barbeque's. That is, after you've rinsed off the sand in the enclosed outdoor shower. Downtown Gloucester, Rt 128 and Rockports Bearskin neck are minutes away.
The location and amenities make this a perfect home away from home for families with children of all ages. We would love to hear what brings you to Gloucester!

Wedding weekend in Gloucester

The property was advertised. Very clean, nice quiet neighborhood, short walk to beach(not a beach day, but nothing beats the fresh salt air!). The house was a short drive to the wedding venue and worked out great! Thank you again and have a happy Spring/Summer!

Beautiful Getaway Home

Felt like Home

My family and I were in the area for a wedding. Found this property and glad we did. Plenty of space, clean, and quiet. It felt like home to us. The host was attentive and friendly. We would love to visit the area again, and we’d definitely stay at this property in the future if we could.

Great place for the boys and I to stay for a weekend of tuna fishing. House was great location and perfect for us. Loved the fire pit in the back, plenty of towels and well equipped kitchen.

Great summer spot

Mike and Beth place was a short walk to the beach and had plenty of room for us to have game nights and a bonfire at the house. Gloucester downtown has so many great options for food and activities. We lived our whole stay!

We had a great stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed no matter what came up. Great deck and we loved the fire pit! 10 min walk to the beach. Would definitely book again if in the area.

Thanksgiving

This home is spacious, with a well equipped kitchen that allowed us to easily cook our Thanksgiving dinner. There is plenty of space to spread out, as well as nice gathering spots for meals and playing cards. The location was perfect - short drive for shopping, dining, and other points of interest - and easy walk to Good Harbor Beach.

Great location!

Our group of 5 ladies had a wonderful time. The kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the close location to the beaches. Lots of great restaurants in Gloucester. Mike is quick with his responses. We hope to stay here again on next year's trip.

Great autumn retreat
