I have to say this was the coziest place. We had a wonderful time here. The amenities, and great location to lodge and lifts, were the best options for us. We liked the garage option, not like the other units, it kept our truck clear of debris and fresh snow. The condo had everything you needed to stay in and cook. Thanks again!
The house was perfect for our family of four. Clean and comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen. 2 bathrooms with all the amenities is perfect. Having underground garage parking is super convenient when it snows outside. We will definitely be staying here for our next trip to Brian Head.
Really cozy and nice condo right next to Brian Head. Owners were so nice to supply everything we needed to enjoy our stay including coffee and creamers. Will come again
Overall - great location- our 2nd time at this property. Ski in & out to chair 8. Garage parking is a plus during snow season! Looking forward to returning. Property manager was great! Quick to respond & super helpful. Thank you!
My family of four had a great stay at this condo. It was well stocked with all the essentials. It's cozy with good use of space. Keven was quick with communication and helpful as well. The location is INCREDIBLE. Excellent access to the slopes and chair lifts. We hope to visit again!
Situated near the Alpen Glow and Wildflower Lifts, we could be skiing within minutes of stepping outside. The condo was perfect for my son and me, but would comfortably handle a family. We will reserve it again.
This condo is a gem. I’m regular at Brian head and this unit is great as it is close to chair 1 & 8. We don’t to deal with the crowd that express chair would have. Owners are great and always in communication with us. Instructions to access- Check in and check out were self explanatory. The unit has more than I excepted ample of dishes - soaps and even Kleenex and lotions - these I would always pack with me. Heating and hot/cold water was operational as we came during the cold winter! Kitchen was well stocked and both bathrooms were great for 4 guests!

Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable.
Perfect for our family ski weekend with walkable access to slopes. Covered parking is a plus. 2nd bedroom is an extension of the living room with a divider you can pull for privacy. Would stay here again if/when we're ever back in Brian Head!
The condo was so nice. The layout was great for our group, plenty of room for sleeping, and plenty of room for lounging and playing games.
The location was incredible as was the mountain views.
The kitchen had the tools we needed and the condo was very clean. It was a great experience!
Nice and clean, very comfortable and well stocked with all the necessities. Sleeping arrangements were very good. Would certainly stay there again on a future visit.
This condo is adorable! It is stocked so well and thoughtfully. Plenty of blankets, towels, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Board games, books, movies, firewood and a grill! It is private and in a quiet neighborhood. We will absolutely come back! The only thing that could make it better are the pillows and the king bed. The pillows were flat and the king bed was very hard.
Other than that we loved our stay and had a great time!!
WE were very happy with our condo for our spring break stay. The kids were so excited with all the games and they got their own beds and space. (it is the size of 2 bedrooms, however it is just an accordion door operating the room and the living/dining room, so we could not watch a movie or stay in the main living area once my daughter once to sleep. But that was fine for us since we were all tired too.)
They stock it well with all the basics you will need, including shampoo, conditioner, lots of towels and washcloths, dishtowels, paper towels, tissue & TP, coffee, etc. The location was great as you could walk to chair 8 and 1. (When Chair 8 was not working we drove over to the Giant Steps Lodge- or you can take a shuttle. It was just a bit too far for the kids to walk. But we only did that once.)
The kids asked if we could stay there next time, so we already booked our next stay here. Obviously, we loved it. Thank you Kevin (and Jennifer)! We will be back. :o)
The condo was very comfortable for our family ski trip. It was well stocked with anything you'd need. The mattresses and pillows were not the most comfortable in the world, but there were plenty of blankets and extra linen. There is one true bedroom and one room separated from the living room with an accordion-style divider, which serves as a second bedroom but can be opened up during the day to expand the common area. The complex which the condo is located is very easy to access. The underground parking garage is a pull-though style and was an especially nice bonus since overnight temperatures were in the single digits with drifting snow. The building is located maybe a few hundred feet from lift #8 and less than half a mile from lift #1 (which takes you over to Navajo side of the resort).
Very nice place to stay with view of ski slope and pond. It was very well stocked. They even left us something to celebrate July 4th with! Only thing I would say the couch pull out bed was not very comfortable for the two of us. Would definitely recommend it for others!
