Beautiful bungalow with charm, with terrace and garden

Summary
Beautiful bungalow with lots of charm and recently renovated. Located in a very quiet and pleasant urbanization, and less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and all kinds of services and restaurants. The ideal place to leave worries aside and relax. Free WiFi connection as a courtesy to our customers.

Accommodation
Large bungalow in the area of Jandia, Morro Jable, south of Fuerteventura. It is located in a very quiet urbanization and very close to the wonderful Solana Matorral beach.

The bungalow has two comfortable double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a large dining room with high ceilings with a comfortable sofa and a plasma television with Spanish and international channels. The kitchen is equipped with the most modern appliances and everything you may need, with hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. It consists of two bathrooms, both complete and with shower. It also has a large and sunny terrace where you can enjoy the wonderful weather of Fuerteventura all year round, surrounded by beautiful Canarian gardens. The urbanization has a pool that our customers can enjoy whenever they want.

The bungalow is equipped with everything you may need during your stay, also sheets and towels.

Services
- Initial and final cleaning is included for stays of at least 7 nights. If you want extra cleaning during your stay, it would cost € 12 per hour
- Wi-Fi internet is offered free as a courtesy to our customers. Please note that the telephone infrastructure in this area is not optimal and it is possible that during your stay there are cuts in the connection.
- We receive guests personally. We can be reached by e-mail or telephone during your stay if you need us.
- When you book with us, if you wish, we send to your email account (Gmail only) an invitation to a virtual map that contains a lot of recommendations and suggestions on where to eat, what to do and what to visit in the south of the island.

Surroundings
The Bungalow is in Morro Jable, in the Jandía area, south of Fuerteventura. Its location will allow you to have all the tranquility you are looking for, but without giving up being close to the beach, shopping centers and shops and restaurants, which are less than 10 minutes walk.

The south of Fuerteventura is an ideal place for diving and snorkeling, kite-surfing, windsurfing, surfing, cycling, etc. It is also the perfect place to simply relax and enjoy the most beautiful beaches in Europe and typical Canarian cuisine in the many restaurants that are close to the house.

How to move
If what you want is a quiet and relaxing holiday on the beach you don't need a car, there are buses that make the direct route from the Airport to Morro Jable and you can also do it by taxi, although at a much higher price. If you come by boat, the taxi ride from the pier to the bungalow will be about 10 minutes and costs less than € 10.

If you want to know the island and get lost in its coves and corners, then it is advisable to have a car to move freely. We also provide our clients with a virtual map with all the recommendations of what to see and what to do in the South of the island, with suggestions on beautiful beaches and little known coves, among others.

House's rules
- The Arrival Time is at 4:00 p.m. and the Departure Time is at 12:00 p.m. However, we can be flexible with schedules, as long as there are no entries or exits from other customers. Consult us in this regard with your expected arrival and departure times.
- The house is rented to smokers, but smoking is only allowed on the terrace. - Please do not throw cigarette butts in the garden.
- Sorry, but pets are not allowed.
- It is necessary to deposit a security deposit of € 250 in cash to be paid when entering the house, which will be returned the day of your departure once it has been verified that there are no damages in the house.

Minimum stay
The minimum stay is usually 7 nights, but at certain times it is possible to stay less nights paying a supplement of € 70 for the final cleaning. Ask us in this regard indicating your expected entry and departure dates.

Another fabulous holiday in our favourite bungalow.

Jazmin is an excellent host and we love this bungalow - although we shouldn’t tell you how much and should keep it to ourselves!!!!!!!! Seriously, fabulous property and a great location for us, quiet but a nice walk into town to keep up your steps.

Lovely bungalow in quiet location

We just love this bungalow. It has everything you need and is quietly secluded. This was our second visit and we are coming back in September - can’t wait! Jasmine is a lovely host, always available for odd queries - like how DO you use a induction hob???

Wunderbar

Der Bungalow hat alles was man braucht. Kann es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist etwas klein aber vollkommen ausreichend um nur zu schlafen. Die Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Sehr schöne,gut ausgestattete Unterkunft in Strandnähe

In der Unterkunft findet man alles was man braucht .Es ist sehr sauber,gut eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz für 4Personen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett.Jeder Kontakt war freundlich und fragen wurden sofort beantwortet.Vermieterin sehr zuverlässig. Der Strand ist in ca 10minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen,ebenso die Einkaufsstraße von Morro Jable wo auch diverse Restaurants und Supermärkte sind.In der Urbanización gibt es einen Gemeinschaftspool,der zur Erfrischung und um ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen vollkommen ausreichend ist.Waren auch fast immer alleine da,also nicht überlaufen. Wenn nochmal Urlaub auf Fuerteventura dann würde ich wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Ein Platz an der Sonne

Ein Bungalow mit schön aufgeteilten Räumen und einer Einrichtung, bei der man sich gleich heimisch fühlt. Die Entspannung beginnt mit der ersten Minute!

Perfekter Bungalow

Hier passt einfach alles. Der Bungalow ist wunderschön, modern und sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin sehr nett und kümmert sich sofort um alles. Besonders gut fanden wir, dass es sowohl Handtücher wie auch Bettwäsche zu wechseln gab und dass sogar Strandtücher vorhanden waren. Wir haben sofort wieder gebucht

Super sauberer Bongalow mit viel Platz und netten Vermietern

Wir hatten einen Wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Bungalow. Es gibt alles was man braucht, es ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wenn wir mal wieder nach Fuerteventura fliegen, dann sicher wieder dorthin.

Toller Bungalow

Wunderschöner Bungalow. Hier fehlt es einem an nichts. Wir haben super schöne Tage verbracht. Die Vermieterin Jazmin ist sehr nett und hat uns mit einem Überraschungspaket im Kühlschrank sehr erfreut. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. Viele liebe Grüße Birgit und Familie

Komfortabeler Bungalow in Strandnähe

Der Bungalow liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung nebst Gemeinschaftspool. Wir haben den Bungalow mit unseren zwei erwachsenen Töchtern genutzt. Für zwei Pärchen wären die Räume allerdings ungeeignet, da sich in dem kleinerem Schlafzimmer zwei Einzelbetten befinden. Ansonsten ist der Bungalow toll und modern ausgestattet mit zwei Bädern , großem Wohnzimmer mit TV(deutsche Sender) , einer gut ausgestatteten Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien, einer netten Terasse mit Tisch und Sonnenschirm ( dort haben wir gefrühstückt) und Sonnenliegen) . Der supertolle Strand von Jandia ist in 10 Minuten fussläufig erreichbar und lässt die teilweise schreckliche 70' Jahre Architektur vergessen! Auch zum Essen geht man über eine schöne Promenade am besten nach Morro Jable! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, alles war ok!

Sehr ruhige Anlage

Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung, sehr sauber (was leider nicht immer selbstverständlich ist), sehr nette Vermieter. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die leckere Überraschung im Kühlschrank. Verstärkt die spanischen Urlaubsgefühle :-)

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Feriendomizil liegt sehr ruhig und man ist trotzdem in wenigen Minuten am Strand oder in der Einkaufszone. Der Bungalow war sehr sauber und auch vollständig eingerichtet. Zudem war die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll und modern, einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Wir können das Domizil nur uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Sehr freundliche und charmante Gastgeberin Jazmin. Die Übergaben haben reibungslos funktioniert und auch sonst steht Jazmin immer mit Rat und Tat für ihre Gäste zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Einfach nur perfekt vom Anfang bis zum Ende!!!

Das Haus ist ein Traum. Alles neu, eine super Küche, schöne Badezimmer, große Terrasse. Es hat uns einfach gar nichts gefehlt!! Und alles war so sauber und frisch!! Jazmin war super nett und hat immer sofort auf Fragen geantwortet. Wir durften morgens gleich bei Ankunft in den Bungalow und am Abreisetag länger bleiben, da wir einen Abendflug haben. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, dadurch schläft man richtig ruhig. Zum Strand ca. 5-10 Minuten, zu den guten Fischrestaurants in Moro Jable ca 35-40 Minuten zu Fuß. Wenn Fuerteventura, dann wieder hier ;-)

Gepflegter, ruhiger und schön gelegen der Bungalow

Der Bungalow liegt in einer kleinen Anlage, optimal gelegen. Sehr ruhig und dennoch na zur Strandpromenade. Der Bungalow ist neu renoviert. Alles funktioniert bestens. Auch die Betreuung war hervorragend.

Einfach nur Klasse!

Der Bungalow war toll und sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden und sogar in unseren Kühlschrank war eine lecker Überraschung. Die Einrichtung war wie auf den Bildern. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuverlässig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder dann aber 3 Wochen.

Excellent relaxing comfortable

I rang the owner on arrival and within five minutes she met us at the property. We were shown around the property and nothing was too much trouble and was asked to call her during our stay if we needed anything. The property was spacious modern and very clean with every appliance needed during our stay. Three entrances from the property onto the sun terrace and a table on the terrace we used for breakfast. Two bathrooms handy when you come off the beach. Wifi and TV. The location was in a quiet area of the resort within five minutes walking to the beach and shop and restaurants. Having visited the area a number of times we used the property as a base to explore the island and relaxing on the terrace in the evening if we decided not to eat at a restaurant.
