Cozy and comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with shower. Living room and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ...). Careful decoration that makes the stay very pleasant. The apartment has a fantastic terrace facing the ocean where you can enjoy the colors of the sea and the sunsets.
There are beach chairs and umbrellas available to enjoy the Victoria beach which is a few meters away.

The city offers many leisure possibilities, from visits to historical places to a wide cultural offer (concerts, flamenco, carnival, sunsets in the castle). The car is not necessary, since there is very good communication with the historic center of the city through the urban bus and at only 200 m there is a commuter station to visit other places of interest, such as Jerez, El Puerto de Santa María.

Wunderbares Apartment, direkt an der Strandpromenade, ohne Straße davor

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Das Apartment ist super ausgestattet, mit allem, was man braucht. Hier macht Kochen Spaß. Toll sind auch die Strandstühle. Es ist sauber und ruhig, man hört nur das Rauschen des Meeres. Der Blick vom Balkon ist traumhaft und man kann dort wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen.

Excellent apartment and location

Very well-equipped apartment with amazing views. Fabulous beach with nice soft sand. Low-cost bus travel to Cadiz old town, we were provided with a bus pass which was great. Quiet location. It’s easily possible to walk in to Cadiz from the apartment along the promenade. Restaurants and takeaways nearby. Private parking was welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment.

Miami Beach East

This place reminded us of Miami Beach 50 years ago, beautiful beach, lots of great restaurants nearby, safe and clean. We used public transportation, city bus and went to the old town every day, lots of wonderful museums, shopping and street music. We are going back, Cadiz is great.

Perfection!

This lovely property was as described by the owner and was very clean and well equipped. We were looking forward to a relaxing beach holiday and that is what we had. Alicia met our taxi on arrival and kindly gave us a neighbourhood tour of places to eat and shop for groceries. We blissfully ate most of our meals on the balcony. We enjoyed the whimsical touches in the decor. Thank you also for the generous gift basquet of wine and other treats, Pat & Chris

Estupendo.

Ubicación magnífica. Salir por la puerta y estar en la playa. Panorámica espectacular desde la terraza y dormitirio. En plena playa de La Victoria y cerca de todo, supermercados, restaurantes, para tapear.... Recomendable del todo.

Beautiful sunsets in historical Cadiz

Alicia was an absolute fabulous host. From checking in, to buses to catch around the city, museums and markets to go to and restaurants to eat at. Alicia would text every few days to see if we were enjoying ourselves with a suggestion of something to visit. Apartment had everything for a short or long stay. The apartment building is kept exceptionally clean and is very secure. The promenade out front runs for 4-5 km and the bars and restaurants are numerous. You can walk the promenade into the historical centre in 40 minutes or take the bus 5 minutes away. We stayed 15 nights in February and the days were sunny and the sunsets spectacular every night. Cadiz has much history to offer as well as day trip by train, ferry and buses. You can walk the beautiful beach for ever watching the surfers or the fisherman fishing from shore. We will certainly return!

A 5 star stay in Cadiz

Our first visit to the wonderful city of Cadiz & can not imagine finding a more perfect apartment. We loved the location looking onto the beach. Plenty of places to eat & drink on the doorstep. Also an easy stroll along the beach to the old city where there is so much to see. After much walking in the sun we enjoyed being able to catch the bus back! Most importantly the apartment is perfectly decorated & equipped with everything you might need. The air conditioning kept the apartment at a perfect temperature & the balcony was a wonderful place to enjoy the sunsets & watch the world wander by. Thank you we will definitely return!

Très bel appartement situé sur le bord de mer.

Merci Alicia pour votre précieuse aide et votre accueil chaleureux avec toutes ces victuailles que vous nous avez données. Tout a été conforme à l'annonce et tout a été parfait sauf bien entendu la température qui a été exécrable pendant nos 3 semaines de vacances en mars. Die richtige Unterkunft um Strand und historische Stadt zu verbinden

Schon bei der Buchungsanfrage wurden wir umfassend informiert und beraten. Die Wohnung mit dem direkten Blick auf den Victoria-Stand ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für lange Strandwanderungen, für tolle Stadt-Rundgänge und natürlich für kulinarische Streifzüge durch die andalusische Küche. Für alles hat Alicia tolle Tipps. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Alles, was man für seinen Urlaub benötigt. ist vorhanden. Wir haben zwei erholsame, sonnige Wochen in Cádiz verbracht. Ein Auto haten wir zwar ab Sevilla gebucht, das stand aber die ganze Zeit in der Garage. Es gibt preiswerte und umfassende Angebote des ÖPNV in Cadiz. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen. Herzlichen Dank noch einmal an Alicia für die umfangreiche Betreuung!

Lovely apartment, many extras.

Beautiful apartment with fantastic views

This gorgeous apartment has everything you could need - condiments, towels, sheets, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, scissors , kettle , etc, etc It also has alot you didn't expect - parasol, sunbeds, beautiful pictures and quirky decorations. I absolutely loved the apartment. The views were fantastic and constantly changing due to the time and weather. To wake up and enjoy your coffee on the balcony whilst watching surfers, dog walkers and the waves in constant motion was a scene I could never get bored of. With lots of Tapas bars near by and great restaurants you're never stuck for somewhere new to try. There are regular buses to the old town and with lots to expore you'll always be wanting for more time. I've travelled for most of my adult life around Spain and it still enthralls me. Cadiz has some of the friendliest Spaniards I have met. Ryanair have super cheap flights to Seville and Jerez and there is a great train and bus system so do yourself a favour and spend some quality time here.

Great apartment, hostess, and location.

Great apartment, with all the amenities you could want, overlooking fantastic Victoria beach. Handy to bus stop into old Cadiz. Alicia was the best ever hostess. She provided us with covered parking, everything you could want in the welcome pack, and more! Gave us great tips for entertainment and restaurants. Would highly recommend it. Can't wait to go back.

FANTÁSTICO!

El apartamento es estupendo, muy bien situado en una zona tranquila pero muy bien comunicada con el centro y con todo tipo de servicios alrededor. La plaza de garaje, sin duda, es un plus. Vistas preciosas para los que, como nosotros, estamos enamorados del mar. La casa tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar ... y más! Pero, lo mejor de todo, es lo encantadora que es Alicia, la propietaria. Estuvo pendiente de nosotros durante toda la estancia, enviándonos información de todo tipo... hasta el pronóstico del tiempo! Se comporta como una amiga desde que llegas y se agradece tanto encontrar personas así! Por supuesto, volveremos y disfrutaremos de nuevo de Alicia, de la casa y de la maravillosa Cádiz. Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful personal welcome from our gracious hostess Alicia who showed us to the private parking space and left us a basket of groceries and wine. The apartment is in the perfect spot, right opposite the most gorgeous beach on a suprisingly quiet street. The balcony is a complete suntrap and the whole apartment is well equipped with chairs, loungers and the kitchen has just about everything you could need. The view is the very best bit and the balcony is in full sun from 1pm till sunset. There is a lift in the block, entry door system and free parking right outside too. There are bars and restaurants within a short walk, and buses into the old town which is a 3km easy walk along a lovely promenade. Cadiz has very many cute cobbled streets, an abundance of tapas bars and a fabulous fish market. Playa Victoria has to be one of the most fabulous beaches in the world with 6 beach bars to sit with a cocktail or copa and watch the world go by.

Sonne im Oktober

Weil es uns im letzten Jahr so ausnehmend gut gefallen hatte, haben wir damals schon beschlossen auch in diesem Oktober wieder ein bißchen Sommer in Cádiz nachzuholen. Die Wohnung von Alicia liegt im 5. Stock einer nur für Bewohner und deren Besucher zugänglichen Wohnanlage, es gibt 3 Aufzüge und eine stundenweise besetzte Portiersloge - absolut fantastische Lage direkt am Meer mit Aussicht auf tolle Sonnenuntergänge - günstige Versorgungslage (alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, Banken, Apotheken – sogar ein Bioladen – und diverse Restaurants und Tapas Bars in fußläufiger Entfernung) - die Einrichtung ist sehr durchdacht und geschmackvoll - die Wohnung ist hell und sauber und komplett ausgestattet, inkl. Strandstühle, Sonnenschirm , Einkaufskorb... so dass man außer seiner persönlichen Kleidung nichts mitbringen muss! Die Gastgeber haben einen Ordner mit ausführlichen Hinweisen zu Museen, Veranstaltungen, Busfahrplänen usw. zusammengestellt. Der öffentliche Nahverkehr funktioniert hervorragend, ist sehr günstig und man kann alle paar Minuten von Haltestellen in der Nähe in Richtung Zentrum abfahren. Auch in diesem Jahr wurden wir sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen und konnten uns bei allen Fragen jederzeit an die Gastgeber wenden. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort! VIELEN DANK!!! Fantástico

El apartamento perfecto. Las vistas a la playa fantásticas. Está muy bien equipado,( sombrilla, silla de playa...)pero lo mejor de todo ha sido el trato por parte de Ramón y Alicia. Es de agradecer toda la información sobre la ciudad , los detalles de bienvenida ( bonobus, botella de vino,...Hemos estado encantados y prometemos volver, eso seguro.
