This property is situated at one of the highest points in Lisbon and enjoys a spectacular scenic view over the river. To get to this 4th floor NO elevator penthouse (there are no other flats on the same floor) you will have to climb four flights of stairs but the reward is worth it. Natural wood floors, granite finishings, deck type lighting a outside terrace (COMMON TO BUILDING) plus windows surrounding the entire flat (there are more windows than walls) provides loads of natural light making the space absolutely unique. The location is a 10 min walk to Alfama and Santa Apolonia train station (if you are not a walker a car IS be recommended) and although not central it is still close enough to get to most attractions by foot. The flip side is you can wake up to chirping birds as if in the country. The flat is fully equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable, cozy stay with total PRIVACY!

vue superbe sur le Tage

Appartement calme avec très belle vue sur le Tage. Bien équipé et fonctionnel. Transports publics à quelques rues pour visiter Lisbonne et à 10 min à pied d'Alfama . A noter que cet appartement mériterait un rafraîchissement tant au point de vue décoration et peintures qu'au niveau mobilier. Séjour agréable.

Beautiful view!

Vasco was prompt with communication and meeting us for check-in. The flat is a good size and well appointed for the most part. Location is close to the train station and Alfama although it should be known that steep hills surround the neighborhood and many stairs in the building to get to the penthouse as has been noted in previous reviews.

Hübsches Apartment mitten in Alfama

Hier ist alles was man für eine tolle Woche in Lissabon braucht. Schöne Aussicht und guter comfort. Sehr zu empfehlen. Dort wohnt man mitten im Leben Lissabons.
