About this property

Your Little Slice of Heaven - Family and Friends Space for All in this Triplex

This house is perfect for enjoying time with extended family or friends while maintaining your own space. With multiple kitchens and units that can be completely shut off from each other, privacy and convenience are ensured. Ample outdoor living space allows everyone to enjoy the beautiful weather together. Also, with the tall privacy fence surrounding the property it is very easy to have lots of young kids playing safely.

The property has a lot of relatively new furniture. Both the upstairs 2-bedroom unit and the downstairs unit feature updated workspaces with full setups, including docking stations, dual monitors, keyboards, and mouse. In addition, both kitchens have been recently updated and new flooring in the downstairs and two bedroom unit. The studio also has a desk area equipped with a single monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Work sometimes follows and it is nice to work with a nice setup and you will get that here.

The living room in the upper main unit includes a queen sleeper sofa, and the downstairs unit has a couch with a pop-up bed. The queen sleeper can accommodate two adults, while the downstairs bed can fit one to two people, depending on size.

One of the bottom level bedrooms has a full-over-full bunk bed with steps (not a ladder), a trundle bed with twin mattress which if needed can provide even more sleeping capacity.

Guests have access to the entire property, including all three units, the laundry room, patio, porch, and private pool. This property is never rented by unit. The beach is just 50 to 60 yards away, an easy walk down a quiet street with minimal traffic.

We try to stock the property to make things easier with paper plates, dish and hand soap, dishwasher pods, laundry supplies, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom, aluminum foil and Ziploc style bags. There may be seasonings and oil in kitchens that have been left by others and can be used at your own risk.

Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $125 for the first night and $35 for each subsequent night all nights of your stay must be purchased. Enjoy a warm, comfortable swim even on cooler days as we heat to 88 degrees!

Had a weekend get together with old fraternity brothers and the property couldn’t have been better! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and so convenient to the beach. Already trying to plan a return visit next year.

Updated, clean and efficient !! Very nice to be able to separate the three different family groups. The fence and gate helped us private. Afternoon shade on part of pool was a blessing for those of us that don't spent that much time in the SUN.

Everything regarding the listing for this property was 100% accurate. It was very spacious, clean, one block from the beach and a very short drive to numerous restaurants. Nick was very quick in responding to all inquiries. There were not any issues with the check in directions and door codes. That location was relatively quiet and very relaxing. Both kitchens on the property were fully stocked with all small appliances and cooking utensils. Overall it was a great stay. I would highly recommend this location if you have a large group.

What a house
This house was amazing. The location is literally 40 steps to the beach. The pool was great and clean. The house is huge and offers so much privacy from your group. Owners were great to deal with. Out of all of the places I’ve stayed in PCB, this was my favorite and it’s not even close.

I'm a family man that enjoys the sun, vacation, travel, and sports. This property works great for me to host my personal family and extend family. I have an 8, 12, and 19 year old and it works well when they want to bring friends, especially the oldest.

I have had vacation rentals since 2011 and care about providing a great atmosphere for you and your guests to feel comfortable!

Why they chose this property

This property is amazing for multi-families to enjoy time together while getting their own space. Example family A has small kids and get up early say 6:30 AM and want to get food and coffee going they can in one unit, while family B sleeps until 9 and is not disturbed in the unit they are in. Then the grandparents can get their own space in the studio unit.

This is just one example how this works very well to give you an idea.

A fence runs around the entire property making it easy to keep kids safe while they have fun running around and swimming. While providing nice privacy!
