THE ULTIMATE RIVER HOME ON THE PARKER STRIP!! Built in 2014, this luxurious property offers everything needed for a vacation getaway. Features include a gourmet kitchen, high end appliances, vaulted ceilings, billiard/game room with arcade game and wet bar; and 3 waterfront Levels above the 43 foot concrete dock! From the custom cabinets and granite in the kitchens to the over sized balconies on three levels, this 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home is one of the most popular vacation rental homes on the Parker Strip. Garage access included. Super location directly across from overflow parking area, boat ramp and right by the bridge - direct to the river!

Please note, there is a strict limit of 12 occupants in the house. House parties or other nuisances bothering the neighbors will not be tolerated. No pets allowed. A limit of two parking passes will be provided on arrival for the community parking lot. All other vehicles must be parked in the garage or in front of the house behind the white line. Parking is strictly enforced by the HOA.

Renter must sign rental agreement and provide a copy of their driver's license after booking on VRBO. Sample agreement provided. Note: property has exterior security cameras; however, none are located within the living areas.

Great location in the keys

The house is super nice. Tons of space and beds. Massive living area with plenty of seating. We enjoyed the upstairs game room. The patio was nice to relax on. The location in the keys is perfect, not too far from the river and plenty of dock space. It was nice having a garage to park in too.

This house is great! Scott and Jean were great and very responsive. We went for a family vacation and there was plenty of room for the 12 of us. Great location and the house has everything you need!

Family vacation

This house was perfect. We had multiple adult couples and kids. The layout of the bedrooms are perfect with 2 master bedrooms and the other bedrooms having a joining bathrooms. The living room, dinning and kitchen area is large to accommodate large groups. The kids loved the game room with the pool table and games. I loved that they have board games and cards on site. I would 100% rent this house again.

Great location, beautiful home!

This house was perfect for our group of 12. Plenty of space and the dock made it all that much better. My only negative comment would be it didn’t have enough bathroom towels but we made do with our boat towels.

Family trip

Weve been renting in the keys for 20+ years and this spot exceeded our expectations. Perfect for big familes. If you have toys, the dock is right next door. We will be back !

House was exactly as advertised, with a great common area, downstairs and all bedrooms upstairs. Wish there were a few bedrooms downstairs to make it easier for the older people in our group, but in general, it was a great time. Love the layout of the downstairs house, love the patio and the padded dock. Had a very good time and would love to rent again

Best House on The River!

We've stayed in this house over the years and it is by far the best house on the river. All of the rooms are large and comfortable with direct bathroom access, there is a great room so that everyone can be together in one space and a nice patio overlooking the canal to hang out on. We came for Thanksgiving and the house had everything we needed to make a feast. Couldn't have been happier with our home selection.

House was great! For our multiple families with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Easy parking and super close to the trash. Dock was nice with pads. Overall great place to stay in the keys

Beautiful house on the water to host a large group.

We went out there for the weekend with 5 couples. It was so convenient being located on the water with our boats. There was a cool game room on the second floor. We’re looking forward to coming out again!

Great House

This is an incredible house. I will definitely stay here again. I have no complaints about this house. As far as location being on the water was amazing. Only complaint about this area is the only food that delivers here is dominos. So make sure you plan ahead and shop for every meal. There are also no Uber’s or taxies here.

Perfect Family getaway

We were so excited to arrive at this property and were not disappointed. The home not only had room for everyone but it was all well appointed and comfortable space for the couples and families alike. Our kids never came downstairs (bunkrooms and playroom was kept busy with games, tv and tech time) and we hardly heard them as we lounged on the couch and chatted with whoever was cooking in the awesome kitchen. Then we were able to ALL join at the table for family meals together. This is something we can rarely find. Access for the boat at the dock was easy and being so close to river access made heading out and in a breeze. Clean, comfortable, well stocked and great layout- we could not be any happier with our booking!

Perfect house to hang out and relax in. Comfortably slept 9 adult men, and entertained them too. The game room upstairs is hard to beat! I will be getting a shuffleboards table for my house soon! Thank you Scott!
