Living room with kitchen and fireplace, 3 bedrooms furnished with 1 double bed in each, high chair (1 bedroom ground floor, 2 large bedrooms upstairs) garden with barbecue, terrace (parking) .1 bathroom on the ground floor and 1 small room water upstairs (sink and toilet), 2 toilets, 1 upstairs, 1 downstairs.
Week: 400 euros per week in low season (heating not included); July / August 450 euros per week; degressive rate fortnight: 800 euros, Weekend rate: 175 euros.
Many activities: Possibility to set up a tent in the garden, visit heritage, bike rail, bungee jumping, mountain biking, swimming, visit the cellars of Roquefort, village La Couvertoirade, taste the farm, reptilarium, many hiking departures ... 40 minutes from Lake Salagou .... Réservation pour trail les templiers

Nous avons passé deux nuits, la journée absents car courses obligés... La literie est très convenable, le seul bémol est le chauffage pas assez puissant par rapport à la pièce. La maison est très agréable dans son ensemble et bien équipée.

Séjour agréable dans ce logement à sainte Eulalie de Cernon, le logement est très agréable et bien situé. Le village de Sainte Eulalie de Cernon est magnifique avec la commanderie et de nombreuses activités à proximité.

Belle maison dans un village magnifique

Nous avons passez un séjour très sympathique à l'occasion du Festival de Trail des Templiers. La maison est grande et bien agencée, le village de Sainte Eulalie est très beau et la région est magnifique. Nous avons été reçus par la voisine très sympathique, tout s'est bien passé à l'arrivée, sur place et pour notre départ. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps si nous avions pu. Seul petit bémol, une plus value "chauffage" un peu élevée à mon goût après la réservation. Le mieux serait d'inclure le chauffage au prix de réservation dés le départ, fin octobre, il peut effectivement faire froid, ce n'est pas une surprise. Merci tout de même, le séjour globale a été plus que positif.

Très bon séjour

Maison rustique dans un cadre dépaysant. C'est une maison familiale dans son jus, certains meubles mériteraient d'être remplacée dans les chambres. Literies juste corrects. Pour le reste la maison est bien équipée. La propriétaire est très sympathique, nous avons pu profiter du jardin, de la table de ping pong, l'environnement est calme et très agréable. Le village de Sainte Eulalie mérite le détour. Je recommande cette location.

Bel localisation, rapport qualité/prix pas très bon, en l'état pas vraiment adapté pour la location

Maison idéalement située dans un magnifique village. La maison est grande, le jardin et la terrasse très agréable. Mais, la vaisselle dans les placards était sale, les lits assez inconfortables, aucun rangement pour les locataires et les affaires de la propriétaire partout dans la maison. On pourrait s'en accommoder si le prix de la location n'était pas élevé par rapport aux autres locations alentour. L'objectif de cette revue est que nos remarques permettent d'améliorer cette location pour les prochains locataires.
