From our 2nd floor unit, you will enjoy spectacular views and amazing sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. This cozy 3 bedroom/2 bath condo will sleep 6. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, a king size bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. Enjoy the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the pristine white sand between your toes.

Navarre Beach is one of Florida’s north Gulf Coast gems. It’s tucked off the beaten path, surrounded by lush forests, crystal clear rivers and dazzling white sand beaches. Navarre Beach is part of Santa Rosa County where the beaches are routinely ranked as the best in the nation for their safety, cleanliness and beauty. Enjoy a relaxing day on the beach or picnic among the oaks and pines in nearby Blackwater River State Forest. Or, if you’re seeking more action, there’s swimming, kayaking, tubing, snorkeling, fishing, horseback riding or hiking. Santa Rosa County is also known as the “Canoe Capital of Florida,” with the largest concentration of excellent canoeing rivers in the state. The Navarre Nature Walk Park is located along the Santa Rosa Sound, featuring a one-mile waterfront boardwalk, spring-fed fish pond, playground, butterfly house, picnic and recreation areas. Spring break

We had an absolutely wonderful week at Summerwinds. The property was beautiful, well kept, and safe. The view of the ocean was breathtaking and the pools were great fun for the kids! The location was perfect and allowed us to walk to various restaurants and the pier. We’ve been staying in Navarre for 7 years, but this was our first at Summerwinds resort. We loved it so much and can’t wait to go back!

Family celebration

Property location outstanding. Disappointed that balcony doors could not remain open to hear the ocean due to A/C policy, since that is main reason I stay in an ocean front room for night time ocean sounds. Day time noisy guests in pool and hot tub take away from the ambiance .

JULY 4TH

We took our little family vacation here over July 4th. Stayed 11 nights. Loved watching the fireworks from the patio. The view of the ocean was incredible. Location was great for fishing and beach days. The beach chair and umbrella included in the condo was a great addition. The condo was plenty big for the 5 of us. Had a nice variety of kitchen items making it easy to be away from home. Communication with owner super easy and timely. Definitely had a great time and highly recommend this condo

Great Location!

My family enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was great; we loved being on the 2nd floor. An easy walk to the beach and the pier. The gift shop was located directly below us so getting ice, smoothies, etc. was easy peazy. The condo was very clean and the kitchen stocked with all the essentials. I would suggest new fluffy pillows/mattress topper for the master bedroom to make the bed a bit more comfy. We would stay here again.

Nice Property at a Great Location

The condo is nice and accomodated our family of four well. The location couldn't be better, right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants, entertainment and a coffee shop. Added bonus is the inclusion of two reserved beach chairs and umbrella. Host was very communicative which is always appreciated. Would definitely recommend this property!

Girls Beach Vacation

My daughter, three grandaughters and I recently had a beach vacation in Navarre. Our codo was beautiful, clean and only a few steps from the beach. The staff was amazing and helpful as well! We will definately be back! Thanks so much!

Family vacation with adult children.

The check in process was easy and property manager replied to my questions within 15 minutes. The location was perfect, very clean rooms and living space. We had 6 adults and were not crowded. The beach was beautiful and pool area stayed clean and well kept. Loved our vacation!

Loved this condo.

Loved the condo. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Love that this condo came with beach chairs and umbrella. Location was great too. Only 15 minutes to Pensacola and about 30 minutes to Fort Walton/Destin. Will definitely be back.

Lovely unit!

We really enjoyed our time at this unit. Marlene was very responsive getting service to us when the A/C had problems. Everything was clean and organized. Communication was great and made our stay more enjoyable. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was nice. We appreciated the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella! Summerwind is an awesome location and lovely grounds! We recommend staying here for a great time.
