Wood heating with fireplace and heat vents and electric heating. Large green space with lawn (1800 m²) at the rear, accessed via the laundry room on the garden level. On the road side, an enclosed courtyard (200 m²). Vallon-en-Sully is 10 km away. St. Amand-Montrond (18) is 18 km away.
