Basement Suite w/Private Entrance

Enjoy all Rehoboth and Lewes have to offer while staying in our newly finished basement suite! We are a family of 4 (two adults and two children ages 6 and 8) and live in the house on a main floor. Our home is conveniently located just off Route 1 in a quiet community between Lewes and Rehoboth. We are 5 miles away from Rehoboth boardwalk, Lewes beach and Cape Henlopen State Park.
1-2 miles to outlets, restaurants, water park, go-kart, mini-golf, movie theater and much more!
The suit has one bedroom, one bathroom and living room with kitchenette.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, closet.
The living room has sleeper sofa, smart TV connected to our WiFi(no cable), dining table and kitchenette with bar sink, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker and microwave.
Suite has everything you need to be comfortable.

Incredible vacation spot!! 10/10

My husband and I had the best time staying at this home. Everything was a smooth and peaceful experience, from checking in, to communication with the property owner, to the stay itself. The home was extremely clean, modern and beach themed which we loved. This home had extra attention to detail put into it (it had a coffee bar, bathroom accessories, extra blankets, smart tv, and even had chicken nuggets in the freezer! Lol) . The hosts went above and beyond our expectations, and the price was unbeatable for the location. We will definitely be coming back!!
