summer stay with sea view
We had a wonderful time in the well equiped and nicely decorated house. The balcony gives all day long a wonderful view at the islands. Everything was very good.

Of course, the view, the view, the view! Every evening we admired the sunset, and every evening it was a different spectacle. But there's more to Lucia's house: extremely clean and well-equipped, simple but tastefully decorated and comfortable, we had an idyllic stay. Ein einzigartiges Panorama. Eine liebevolle Lucia, die behilflich und entgegenkommend ist. Sehr ruhige Lage! Am Abend wegen Mücken aufpassen! Ansonsten nur sehr beeindruckender Aufenthalt. Da fahren wir wieder mal hin!

Super Aussicht!!! Perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet. Es fehlt nichts. Sehr sauber. Wir haben Abends den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Wunderschön. Lucia hat uns super betreut. Auf dem Anwesen wohnt auch die sehr liebe Bettina ( Katze). Hat uns täglich begrüßt. Wundervoller Urlaub

La pace e la meraviglia
La casa è molto accogliente e accurata, Lucia che è un’ottima ospite, molto gentile e accorta, l’ha dotata di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno in pieno relax. Siamo stati benissimo e abbiamo goduto appieno della bellezza della posizione panoramica in mezzo alla quiete della natura del’Argentario. Se ancora riusciamo a meravigliarci di come la luce cambia il tramonto sul mare con pennellate diverse ogni sera, questa è la terrazza da cui è difficile separarsi…

Wunderbar, aber nichts für SUV
Das Ferienhaus hat gehalten, was die Fotos versprachen. Von der terassen hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf das Thyrrenische Meer und die voran liegende Insel Giglio. Ein schwerer Wermtustropfen waren für uns mit einem Volvo XC 60 der enge Weg zum Haus. Es konnte an vielen Abschnitten nur Schritt-Tempo gefahren werden. Mit seiner Breite und Länge gab es für den Wagen auf dem Grundstück keine Wendemöglichkeit. Das Parken war daher dort nicht möglich, nur außerhalb des Grundstücks, aber auch mit problematischer Wendemöglichkeit. Für die Steigungen ist ein Allrandantrieb zwingend. Das sollte man vor der Buchung erfahren.

Bella casa curata nell' arredamento, pulita e fresca. La vista e' mozzafiato sul mare blu dell'Argentario, l' isola del Giglio e Montecristo sullo sfondo. "Il mare intorno"
Conoscendo la zona avevamo aspettative alte e sono state tutte rispettate, anzi la casa offre più di quanto ci si possa aspettare. Arredata con gusto non manca assolutamente niente, la pulizia è impeccabile,la vista superba e lo spazio esterno fruibile anche nelle ore più calde, l'ombra e la brezza del mare garantiscono un piacevole relax. Silenzio, pace, mare e cielo azzurri ti fanno dimenticare di essere in vacanza in uno dei periodi più affollati dell'anno. Grazie Lucia, non vediamo l'ora di tornare. A presto Anna Lisa ,Luciano e la nostra canina Piuma.

The home had everything that I look for in a rental: a comfortable home, a unique environment, outside living with a fabulous view. Lucia made us feel like long lost relatives and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The house feels like a home not a business and is very well supplied. The view Is phenomenal! I spent one afternoon cozy on a lounge chair reading under a shady tree looking at Giglio. But you must know that the road to approach the house is difficult, you must come during daylight and preferably with a small car. We had a SUV which was too large to take the final road and we parked up the hill from the house. If you have any leg or heart problems, this could be an issue because this last part is at a steel angle. I’m not sure if it was worse trying to get down or coming up, especially when trying to carry things. Lucia was wonderful in helping us carry our stuff to the house on the first day and offered to come back to help us leave. Still, that road made me anxious each time we left and we were grateful not to meet a car coming in the opposite direction since the road is one lane with walls and drops on each side! For the adventurous souls, I would highly recommend this home to relax from hectic life and refresh!

Ein wundervoller Ort!
Wir haben die Zeit in diesem Haus so sehr genossen. Der Blick aufs Meer ist tatsächlich spektakulär. Die Ruhe dort einmalig. Der Weg vom Auto hinunter zum Haus ist steil und schon etwas beschwerlich,aber Lucia hilft bei Ankunft und Abreise mit ihrem PKW und dann geht es. Und, es lohnt sich. Es ist wirklich ein wundervoller Ort, ein schönes Häuschen.

Absolute Ruhe, ein Blick aufs Meer für Nimmersatte. Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Mit dem Hund dagewesen - er wollte nur noch drausen sein. Mit dem Auto auf dem kurzen Weg zum Haus (VW Touran) auch ohne Kratzer machbar. Es gibt einen längeren Weg der auch mit größeren Autos gut machbar sein sollte. Eine S- oder E-Klasse sollte es vielleicht doch nicht sein. Kofferservice bis zum Haus durch Lucia - die letzten 100m sind zu Fuß. Der Abschied fiel schwer. Und ja es sind 15-20min bis zum nächsten Supermarkt oder zur nächsten Bar - ja und? Wen es stört bucht Malle oder ClubMed. PS: Internet funktioniert bestens. PPS: Es fehlt eine Hängematte 😉

Ein wunderbar sauberes , liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem, was man für einen ruhigen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Der Ausblick inmitten der Natur ist fantastisch. Einziges Manko: die einspurige Zufahrt ist teilweise unbefestigt, steil und eng ( nichts für Fahranfänger).Ein nur mittelgrosser PKW mit Allrad ist hier von Vorteil. Die sehr nette Gastgeberin ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen !

Traumhaft schönes Feriendomizil
Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und sind begeistert. Nur die Mücken sind etwas lästig. Traum Aussicht, tolle und ruhige Lage, tadellos und mit viel Charm ausgestattet. Viele Strände sind in der Nähe erreichbar und laden zum Bade. Lucia ist eine sehr aufmerksame und engagierte Gastgeberin. Es war spitze und ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Soggiorno ottimo oltre le mie aspettative
Una casetta piccolina ma funzionale e con un porticato da cui si gode di una vista spettacolare sul mare e sulle isole toscane. La posizione dal mio punto di vista è ottima: è vero che non è vicina a un centro abitato e che è necessario spostarsi in auto o moto per raggiungere il più vicino Porto Santo Stefano, ma se si vuole visitare l'Argentario e zone limitrofe non si può non spostarsi con mezzi motorizzati. Dall'altro lato la posizione più isolata è un plus notevole per quanto riguarda la pace e la tranquillità che qui è massima. Nella casa c'è tutto quello che serve se non anche di più e la pulizia è ottima. Da ultimo, come non citare l'host Lucia che si è dimostrata estremamente premurosa e disponibile facendoci sentire immediatamente a nostro agio: ci ha fatto trovare tante cose che non è sempre così scontato trovare in una casa in affitto e ci ha fornito utilissimi consigli su cosa visitare e su dove andare. In generale l'esperienza del soggiorno è stata molto più che positiva. Se dovessi tornare in quelle zone sicuramente mi piacerebbe soggiornare in questa casa.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit großer Terrasse. Alles vorhanden! Größe für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder vollkommen ausreichend. Einfach mal auf das Meer schauen und genießen. Vermieterin Lucia ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Un luogo magico
Casa Lucia è una piccola splendida casa con una vista impagabile, sembra di volare sul mare. La stradina per arrivare non è comodissima, ma poi sei ripagato dalla bellezza del posto, dalla pace che respiri e dai tramonti fantastici. La Casa ha tutti i comfort, bellissimo ascoltare la musica con lo stereo e i vecchi dischi a 33 giri. Lucia persona gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

Schönes Haus mit größeren Nachteilen
Ja, dieses Haus hat einen phänomenalen Meerblick und ja, es ist so eingerichtet und gestaltet wie auf den Bildern. Dennoch haben wir unseren Aufenthalt nicht wirklich genossen, denn es gab zu viele Nachteile, die so im Vorfeld nicht ersichtlich waren und kommuniziert wurden. 1. Das Haus ist schlichtweg zu klein, um mit vier Personen, zwei davon 13 Jahre alt, komfortabel wohnen zu können. Spätestens die Sofacouch lässt einen nicht gut schlafen. 2. Der Weg zum Haus ist so eng, dass wir mit einem Kombi bei jeder Auf- und Abfahrt geschwitzt haben, aus Angst, ja nicht an den seitlichen Mauern zu schrauben. Letztlich ist das Auto nun doch verkratzt, weil wir so weit in dem Olivenbaum parken mussten, damit die anderen Autos vorbeikommen. 3. Wir mussten alles mit dem Auto erfahren, jeden Espresso, jeden Strandbesuch. Weil leider die Strände unterhalb des Hauses als privat ausgezeichnet waren, mussten wir 20 Minuten fahren. Schade.
