Enjoy also the swimming pool of the residence, the petanque field to live a relaxing and exotic stay. The pool of the condominium, not heated, is accessible from June 1 to September 30.
The complete equipment of the apartment will allow you to live a comfortable stay.

Included in the rental: WIFI, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, bath towels, 1 parking space and your first consumables (coffee, toilet paper, garbage bag, washing-up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine capsules).

A deposit of 500€ will be requested by the host. For bookings of less than 2 weeks blocked on account, released at your exit. For bookings of more than 2 weeks, it will be cashed by credit card and refunded at the exit.

Classified as a 3-star furnished accommodation, this villa offers a certified quality of service and equipment. The classification also reduces the cost of the residence tax.

You can also access the residence’s beautiful swimming pool and petanque court for moments of relaxation and fun with family or friends. The communal condominium pool, unheated, is accessible from June 1 to September 30.

The bright and nice decorated bedroom offers quality bedding. It overlooks the bathroom with a large shower.
In the living room, the convertible sofa will offer you a second quality bed for two people with its new mattress.

On request, we can provide you free of charge a cot and a high chair.

After a few hours of lazy and savoury resting by the pool, you can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed «LE GOLFE D'AMOUR», but also its hinterland: calanques park, calanque de Figuerolles, park and calanque du Mugel, green island, beaches, circuit du Castellet, etc.


On or under the water, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, navigation, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun.


You can also decide to have a drive and discover the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, have a go at the new Casino Plein Air located 1km away from your holiday home, hiking in the massifs of Le Castellet or in the Calanques sanctuary, ...

Transport
The apartment is located just 1.6km from the beaches, easily accessible.
The house is 1.3 km from the train station. It is served by the bus (line 10) which takes you from the SNCF station 100 m from the apartment and can take you to the historic centre or the beaches.
Nearby you will find nearby shops just 2 minutes by car including bakeries, butcher shop, primeur, supermarket, pharmacy, etc.

Hosts access
The whole house is dedicated to renting.
The owners are only using a small room for storage use.

We will be your sole contact throughout your stay from welcoming you, to checking in and checking out.
We will show you the property, explain how things work. I will also be available for the whole duration of your stay if you have any queries involving your stay and this property.
We will also be able to tell you about the activities on offer around the area.

No pets
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
The property cannot be rented as a party or event organizer.
Arrival times: 5pm - 7pm, departure time: 8am - 10am. In summer, the agency will define the time of provision of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.
