If you are looking for a Panama City Beach vacation rental that offers you incredible views of the world's most beautiful beach, our 2 Master bedroom, 2 spa like master bath vacation rental condo that sleeps up to 8 and is just the spot for you and your family. A wall of windows in each bedroom and living room capture stunning Emerald Coast views. Access the over-sized balcony with beautiful tile (not just cement) from both bedrooms or living room to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, or just to relax and read a good book. In fact, you'll find yourself spending lots of time out there. Bring your binoculars so you can watch the dolphins playing in the morning. And get ready to enjoy the magnificent sunsets in the evening.

Luxurious granite counter tops in bright open kitchen and bath, stunning and spa-like walk-in shower, dual vanity, new cabinetry and new tile throughout (no carpet). This condo is beautifully decorated with a fun and fresh coastal vibe.
The kitchen is stocked with new cookware and kitchen utensils, including most anything you would need if you choose to prepare meals during your stay. Also, we have stainless appliances including refrigerator, range, dishwasher and over the range microwave. The unit also is equipped with a stack washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.

In addition to new furniture in the living room, you will also find a new 65" UHD TV mounted to the wall. Two large sofas. One sofa is a queen size sleeper, allowing accommodations of up to 8.
The bedrooms have new top quality plush pillow top mattresses and luxury linens. The master bedroom has a ultra pillow top king size bed and bedroom 2 offers 2 queen ultra pillow top beds. Each bedroom has a new smart TV 50 & 55" mounted to the wall.
The resort itself offers 24 hour gated security with security guard for your safety. There are 3 pools (two heated year round) and 3hot tubs, so no concern for over crowding. The largest, centrally located pool, is lagoon style. Adjacent to the lagoon pool is the "Hangout", a small snack shop offering lunch items and frozen drinks while you're enjoying the pool. The name Long Beach Resort was derived from the unusually large private beach the resort owns. It is the largest resort owned beach in Panama City Beach with over 1300 feet of private beach access, again, no concerns of overcrowding at this beach.

Barbara was great and very responsive! The condo was nice and as expected. Kitchen had everything we needed and the things that needed replacing were mentioned to the owner. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay and enjoyed all that the location has to offer!

Absolutely GORGEOUS and BEST HOST EVER

I stayed at this property when it snowed in January 2025! The host was BEYOND helpful in EVERY way - she even was nice enough to let us stay an extra day free of charge, as we were snowed in. The condo had the most BEAUTIFUL views of the ocean you could see in every room. I couldn't have picked a better place and I will stay at this property every time I come to PCB. Between the excellent host, amazingly beautiful condo, and location - you can't beat it! So thankful I found this place!

Condo clean and just as pictured. Beach view amazing. Pool heated as was 2 of the hot tubs. Walking distance to shops, Walmart and a few restaurants. Plenty of room in condo. Walk in shower very roomy. Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful rental

We usually stay on the west end of Panama City beach so this area was new to us and was perfect for our family! The host was easy to work with and made the check in process super simple. Everyone loved the convenience of parking right in front of the condo, and we never waited on elevators! The condo was furnished with everything we needed. The balcony was huge, and we enjoyed that both bedrooms overlooked the ocean with access to the balcony.

The view is incredible! Very clean condo!

We enjoyed our time there especially the lagoon pool. That is at the one of the buildings easy walk. Restaurant and music at that pool area. The condo was clean, actually has two master bedrooms each with private baths with entrance to balcony. This home is fully equipped, just bring your food! Enjoyed our stay,

Great Condo!

Highly recommend booking this condo. The owners were great to work with. The property was very clean, nicely decorated, and spacious. Loved the full length windows from both bedrooms so everyone got an ocean view. The master bath was huge which was great - although there was some leaking out of the shower (just needs some caulking done around the frame). The view of the ocean was AMAZING - loved the choice of the 3 pools with a poolside bar and grill. I also loved that at this resort, the "towers" are not as tall as some of the others and are spread out so the beach area did not seem as crowded as some of the other resorts. I loved the tiled balcony with plenty of seating out there as well (since we spend a lot of time on the balcony when not at the beach). This property was definitely a great choice, especially for the budget!

Perfect beach views from both rooms!

We enjoyed our stay here! We loved the open concept and split bedroom layout vs the traditional shotgun style layout of most condos. Another favorite was the big window views of the beach from BOTH rooms. Being on the 3rd floor was very convenient. Parking was easy to find & the elevators were quick. The big pool with the hangout bar & grill was alot of fun! I appreciated that the one pool stayed open late, you don’t find that very often. The location is great as it is close to a lot of the main spots. I did notice the outside of the building seems a bit outdated & looked to have some cracks, but obviously not the owners fault. Barbara was great to work with!

Trip of a lifetime

We had a mother/daughter/best friends getaway at this beautiful condo! Many special memories were made! Barbara was wonderful to work with and her property was perfection! Was really tough to leave her slice of paradise…so tough we added a few extra days to a beautiful vacation ❤️

Great vacation

The location was fantastic and the fact that every single room had an ocean view was everything! Kitchen was perfect. And the balcony was over sized and deep. The only minor issue was the blinds were not working correctly in all the rooms so extra care had to be taken. But that was a minor inconvenience. Had a wonderful vacation and would definitely return.

Beautiful beach. Awesome location. Very nice condo. Very close to elevator and to beach access. Owner was awesome in helping with all our needs. PCB Vacation

The views from this condo are perfect! The balcony is large and clean with plenty of seating. The bedrooms are very nice sized and comfortable with wall length, ceiling to floor views from both. Bathrooms are nice with plenty of storage and fixtures for hanging towels/ swimsuits. Plenty of kitchen supplies for anything you need. Being on third floor, no problem with waiting for elevators. Beach umbrella and chairs service was so convenient! Provided extra beach chairs, floats, toys in closet...very handy! Nice pools. Restaurants and nice beach stores walking distance across the parking lot. Some of the hanging curtain strips and couch pillows need replaced but overall was very clean. We had a very nice stay!

Must stay!

Barb is by FAR the most responsive owner I’ve dealt with yet. Upon arrival there had been a mishap from the cleaning crew not showing - not by negligence of Barb at all! I contacted her immediately & she contacted the cleaning company & they were at our door within 10-15 minutes. We left to go eat dinner while they cleaned & when we came back the place was SPOTLESS!! Barb also treated the entire family to dinner for the inconvenience (not necessary- but much appreciated! The condo is on the 3rd Floor; which is perfect level. One level down & palm trees may block part of your view. We loved waking & instantly going on the balcony to enjoy the gorgeous view! The balcony has a tiled floor which is nice on the feet, 1 table at bar height with 4 chairs & an additional 4 Adirondack chairs & 1 small side table - all made of recycled plastic; huge bonus points from me since I work for a Plastic Recycling company! The condo has 3 Roku (large) TV’s with many options to choose from on apps. All are wall mounted, all in perfect working order. The laundry room has stacked washer & drier which look new & work great. The kitchen has everything you need plus more! All 3 beds were very comfortable. Two dishwasher pods, laundry soap, trash bags & 1 PT provided. I packed all my own & left what I had leftover as others b4 us had too. All in all beautiful condo! The pics do not do it justice. If it’s available next year, we’ll be back! Thanks so much Barb!! ♥️

Great condo!

Condo was great, loved the balcony. We ate breakfast out side every morning but one. Kitchen was great. The only think that could have been better was the mattress, especially on the queen beds. We realize these are hard to keep in a rental, but we have diffidently had better.

We live in Atlanta GA and recently purchased this beach condo due to the unique layout that offers ocean views from all rooms. Plus a two master set up with two master baths. The condo is newly remodeled with upgraded kitchen, granite, backsplash, tile through out no carpet.

We love Long Beach so much that we bought 2 condos. Both are similar floorplan with two Master Suites and ocean views from all rooms.

Tower 4 #1204 (VRBO #1260939) purchased in 2/18 and Tower 1 #303 9/19 (VRBO #1774879).

Why they chose this property

OCEAN FRONT!! Amazing views/sunsets. This condo is newly renovated. We purchased this property in Long Beach due to the wall-to-wall windows and ocean views from every room. Very few condo floor plans offer two masters with access to an oversized patio with OCEAN VIEWS. The kitchen is open to the living area.

There are upgrades throughout with crown molding, tile throughout (no dirty carpet) and even a tiled oversized balcony. The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances. The décor is 30A chic and comfy.

The amenities at Long Beach are great with multiple pools/hot tubs and the proximity to restaurants is perfect.
