Welcome to our LARGE 1 BEDROOM condo directly on Nashville's Famous MUSIC ROW! This historic condo complex is located in the heart of Midtown & has the one & only iconic GUITAR-SHAPED POOLl! You're steps away from bars with live music, restaurants, coffee shops & just a short Lyft to Broadway!

This is a LARGE one bedroom, 1 full bathroom condo that sleeps 4 comfortably. The attention to detail is portrayed throughout the entire place & has one of the largest kitchens in the building!

We want you to have the best possible stay while you're here. This condo has a very warm, cozy vibe with the perfect touch of Music City decor that'll make you feel like you're definitely on Nashville’s famous Music Row! This is perfect for those who want to be in the heart of Nashville's vibrant history, entertainment + local attractions.

COMMON AREA: Queen Sleeper Sofa Couch with memory foam mattress (sleeps 2)

MAIN:
This condo may have one of the largest kitchens of all the condos! There is plenty of space to make your morning cup of coffee or cook a small meal, so enjoy if you desire to do so! The kitchen opens up into the living room. The kitchen has all NEW appliances & is stocked with the essentials for cooking. The living room has a very cozy feel for you to relax & enjoy while watching one of your favorite shows on Hulu LIVE.

BATH:
Glass standing shower & vanity sink. There are plenty of fresh towels. All bed linens & extra blankets are provided, including the sleeper sofa. Washer & dryer are in the condo for use as well.

The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 2-3 rolls of toilet paper & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathroom, as well as extra blankets & pillows. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

POOL:
Most outdoor pools in Nashville are open May through September, depending on the weather. It is up to our HOA to determine the exact date of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year.

PARKING:
Covered parking provided on the premise with the included parking pass. This pass MUST be on the dash of your vehicle at all times. Additional street parking is available across the street in front of the condo.

EASY TO STAY WITH US:
Guests will have access to the entire home, rooftop & attached two car garage. Each guest is given a unique key code prior to check in time. Our keyless entry offers guests a higher level of security & more convenience not having to meet me for check-in/exchange keys at any certain time.

Check-out: 11:00 AM CST or before

We try our best to accommodate check-in/check-out times if you let me know prior to your trip.
