Villa 3ch (7 pers) with patio, wifi, Les Trémières
Hello, we decided mid April to put our holiday home for rent, we hope you will spend as good times, family that we!
Under the pines, less than 5 minutes walk from the shops and 10 minutes walk from the beach and the port, your HOUSE SEASIDE waiting for you!
You will find a nice sunny patio with deckchairs and barbecue Weber, with a covered party sheltering table and chairs for your meals.
It has on the ground floor a large living room with TV and Wi-Fi included, a nice renovated kitchen (large fridge with freezer parts ice cream!, plates, oven, microwave, dishwasher)
Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms, one with a large bed of 160, one with 3 beds of 90cm including 2 bunk beds and, one with a bed of 140, a separate toilet, a shower room with shower. Italian and a large wardrobe with washing machine
You have a parking space in front of the house
You must bring your bed linen, towels, tea towels ... (pillows and duvets provided)
The departure cleaning must be done by you.
Deposit of 600 €
Working on La Palmyre, we will be present at the handing over of the keys and during your departure.
We know very well our beautiful region and will be happy to inform you about the various beaches, activities ...
