Located a few steps from the Tropea promenade, right in front of the marina, 200 meters from the famous Tropea Island and 200 meters from the beautiful Baia delle Roccette. The apartment is on the second floor of a small building inside the La Pineta residential complex. Furnished with all comforts, it is composed of a double bedroom, with the possibility of adding an extra bed, a living room with sofa bed (for a total of 5 beds), a kitchen, a bathroom, closet and a furnished balcony with a view on the coast of the gods. The apartment is suitable for couples or families with children. The beach is across the street a few meters away and the historic center of Tropea can be reached in a couple of minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot. Ideal place for a splendid and peaceful holiday in Tropea and surroundings.

Wohnung ist schön und groß, Inventar etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir konnten alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. In der Wohnung hat mir ein Spiegel wo man sich ganz sah gefehlt. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung.

La casa è in una posiz.eccezionale, peccato che è trascurata sporca e poco attrezzata, l'unico specchio che troverete e quello del bagno, utensili sporchi, ventilatori con i filtri non puliti da anni idem i lampadari, futon non adatto per dormire 7 notti (incubo), peccato.

Ma che bello
Riassumendo potrei dire OTTIMA VACANZA. Dalla prenotazione su Vrbo all'assistenza degli operatori al call center. Dall'accoglienza dell' host Sig.ra Rosy persona gentile e cordiale ma soprattutto presente per tutta la vacanza alla sistemazione nel Residence con parcheggio privato. E del posto che dire... Tropea è davvero bella i locali gli le spiagge il caldo asciutto l'acqua cristallina e ciliegina..... NIENTE ZANZARE !!!!.....

Casa accogliente, con dotazione secondo aspettative. Host collaborativo, che non ha mancato di provvedere quando è stato necessario. Qualche piccolo dettaglio sarebbe da migliorare, ma nel complesso siamo stati bene e lo possiamo consigliare

Ottima posizione, vicinissimo al centro di Tropea e alle piu belle spiagge e ristoranti della zona raggiungibili anche senza l auto, silenziosissimo la notte e con parcheggio.

Appartamento spazioso, provvisto di ogni comodità per chi ha famiglia. Situato in luogo tranquillo e a pochi passi per la spiaggia del Cannone, piccola perla, e per la spiaggia delle Roccette. L'accesso centro di Tropea tramite i 185 scalini anche se "faticoso" risulta molto comodo per non prendere l'auto.

Magnifica esperienza
Dopo aver trascorso una vacanza lo scorso anno siamo tornati nella stessa struttura, non credo ci sia argomento migliore. Il punto di forza è la posizione, la parte alta di Tropea con il borgo antico è sicuramente bellissima e suggestiva ma raggiungere le spiagge comporta prendere la macchina o affrontare le panoramiche ma piuttosto impegnative scalinate, meglio salire la sera ad ammirare il tramonto o cenare negli innumerevoli ristorantini. Come tutti i posti più belli Tropea è piuttosto affollata in alta stagione, noi ci siamo stati nella prima metà di luglio ed era ancora vivibilissima. La casa è comoda e dotata di tutto il necessario ma ripeto l'assoluto pregio è la posizione, magnifiche spiagge raggiungibili a piedi ,sia libere che attrezzate. La proprietaria, signora Rossella gentile e disponibile.

Magnifica esperienza
La casa ha davvero una fantastica posizione, le spiagge più belle di Tropea sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi e anche il paese vero e proprio è raggiungibile con una scalinata panoramica che si trova vicinissima alla casa. La proprietaria, contattata per un problema allo scarico della doccia, ci ha mandato un idraulico letteralmente in cinque minuti. La casa è fresca e comoda. Unica cosa che avrei desiderato una migliore padella :-) Un posto in cui tornare e da consigliare agli amici.

Tutto è andato perfettamente Rosy si è comportata in modo ineccepibile restando a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa : dal ventilatore ad un piccolo problema con la connessione internet risolto in men che non si dica. Pertanto posso consigliare vivamente di rivolgersi a Rosy per prenotare una ottima vacanza a Tropea .

Toller, entspannter Urlaub in Tropea
Unsere Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und punktet allein schon durch die Lage. Zu beiden Stränden waren es jeweils nur 5 min zu Fuß. Die Wohnung selber war gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche waren alle notwendigen Utensilien vorhanden. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist das schlechte , laut quietschende und durchgelegene Bett. Das haben wir dann unserer Vermieterin Rosy gemeldet und sie sagte, dass es zur nächsten Saison ein neues Bett gibt. Rosy ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin, die sich sofort um Probleme kümmert. Toll war auch der lange Balkon,auf dem man schön sitzen kann.Wir können einen Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung und vor allem auch an diesem Ort nur empfehlen.

Everything was perfect
We stayed at Rosy's appartment for two weeks. Perfect place. Traditional flat with big balcon. With everything you need. Very close to the sea and few steps from the city. With the windows facing village site and beautiful sunrises. Very nice.

"Your own private family beach flat in Calabria"
Very comfortable and adequate for a family with two children (ours are 5 and 7). You quite quickly feel at home which sometimes can be tricky in an unfamiliar appartment. Plenty groceries, bakeries and restaurants you can either walk to or drive to in the neighbourhood. Perfect location, just a few min walking from "Le Roccette" beach and 10 min drive from the center of Tropea. Highly recommended !!

Buongiorno a tutti, uso Homelidays da molti anni ma solitamente non mi soffermo nel fare le recensioni, penso però che questo posto meriti la mia recensione!! Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia una settimana, che dire, siamo stati accolti dai proprietari la sera tardi (erano circa le dieci e mezza di sera) da subito si capisce che sono due persone squisitissime e veramente disponibili! L'appartamento è molto carino e la spiaggia è veramente a un paio di minuti a piedi! Garanzia di una vacanza rilassante, ambiente con ogni tipo di comfort a portata di mano.Esperienza assolutamente da rifare.

"Soggiorno riposante e all'insegna del buon umore.
Tropea,1775598. Ottima posizione, gentilissimi i proprietari, bella, pulita e confortevole la casa, arredata con gusto e abbondantemente equipaggiata con tutto il necessario x sentirsi a casa. Inoltre, in due minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia. Allo stesso tempo l'appartamento è vicino al centro di Tropea, a supermercati e servizi e ciò consente di non prendere mai l'auto. Marina S.

"Tornare con piacere"
La vacanza a Tropea è stata bellissima. Posizione in zona tranquilla ma a portata di tutto, .parcheggio privato comodissimo. Il mare è raggiungibile a piedi in meno di cinque minuti. Struttura accogliente, curata e con tutti gli accessori, dalla lavatrice alle pentole; rapporto qualità prezzo favoloso. Una vacanza super!! Ci ritorneremo .
