The property is located in Porto Badisco, an old fisher's village where you can eat incredibly fresh sea urchins; Otranto, beautiful small town full of attractions, is 10 km away and Santa Cesarea Terme, famous for the thermal waters, is only 6 km away.
The 50 mq apartment is near to the main villa but it is completely independent, with the entrance from the garden and reserved parking space.
It has one bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe room, a bathroom, a living area with two single sofa beds and a small but fully equipped kitchen.
The garden has private areas for the owners and for the guests; the guests can use the solarium, the gazebo and the barbecue areas; the pool is shared with the owners.
From the property there is a direct access to the blue and clear sea; the coastline is characterized by rocky cliffs, with some "calette" that make easy to go into the water.
This is the right place for people who love uncontaminated nature and peace, but also shopping and night life at few kilometers away.

Soggiorno in villa Porto Badisco

Durante la nostra settimana di vacanza a Porto Badisco, abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in una casa vacanza che ha superato tutte le nostre aspettative. La posizione era semplicemente perfetta: a pochi passi dal mare, ci ha permesso di goderci la bellezza della costa pugliese senza doverci preoccupare degli spostamenti. La casa stessa era estremamente funzionale e ben attrezzata, con tutti i comfort necessari per una vacanza rilassante. Gli spazi erano ben organizzati, puliti e accoglienti, rendendo ogni giorno un vero piacere. Un ringraziamento speciale va alla proprietaria, che si è dimostrata incredibilmente disponibile e gentile. Sin dal nostro arrivo, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, rispondendo prontamente a ogni nostra esigenza e offrendoci consigli utili per esplorare al meglio la zona. Se cercate un luogo dove rilassarvi e godervi il mare in Puglia, questa casa vacanza a Porto Badisco è sicuramente la scelta giusta. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

Fantastisch verblijf

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit verblijf. We hebben genoten van de ruimte, het grote diepe zwembad, de rust, het uitzicht op de zee. Vanuit het huis loop je zo naar de zee (rotsstrand) en kun je fijn zwemmen. Zelfs een dolfijn gespot. Caterina is een fijne host en erg behulpzaam. Ze gaf ons goede tips voor restaurantjes en parkeren. In het huis is airco wat erg fijn is om goed te kunnen slapen. Van harte aanbevolen als je van rust, ruimte en uitzicht houdt.

Una piscina fantastica

La villa si trova a Porto Badisco, dove la costa si fa rocciosa, affascinante ma di difficile accesso, per cui la possibilità della piscina è stata una salvezza! Una villa costruita forse anni ‘70 dal padre della proprietaria , pure architetto, con molta attenzione ai materiali e alle piante del territorio. Appartamento su diversi livelli e giardino degradante comportano gradini di collegamento. Proprietari molto disponibili e anche simpatici, grazie dell’accoglienza!

Havre de paix avec une vue magnifique

Famille de 4 avec 2 ados. Appartement respectant le descriptif, propre et bien entretenu. Piscine très grande, profonde pour les plongeons. Magnifique jardin avec vue sur la mer, calme en accompagner des chants de cigales. Cuisine extérieur avec patio. Bains de soleil bien exposés vue sur mer. Baignade possible en mer à côté de la location (2min à pieds) prévoir chaussures d’eau car rochers. Porto Badisco est à 5 min à pieds : bar, restaurants et petite supérette, traiteur à emporter et marchand ambulant. Caterina est très serviable, disponible rapidement par WhatApps, parlant italien et anglais. Nous y sommes restés 1 semaine : notre havre de paix. 😍

Magnifique vue sur mer , acceuil,calme,piscine eclectique et toutes facilites a proximite.

Nous avons été acceuillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d attention. Les extérieurs sont super entretenus et bien concus: jardins, terrasse superbement couverte, beau mobilier de jardin super piscine , magnifique vue mer, en face la cote ALbanaise. A cinq minutes a pied: Porto Badisco et l etablissement Carlo ou vous pouvez tout trouver, boire un verrre, manger italien, emporter italien.. Que du bon. A cinq minutes en voiture plusieurs Agriturismo avec bel acceuil, bien manger sans casser sa tirelire. Sans oublier la tres belle route cotiere vers Otranto, promenez vous dans ses ruelles, visiter absolument sa cathedrale et plus particulièrement son tapis de pierres. Visite gratuite.Retournez a Porto Badisco vous reposer sur les rochers et plonger dans une mer Azur.

Il mio Salento!

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questa incantevole location la settimana di Ferragosto 2023. Ci siamo subito sentiti a nostro agio immersi in un giardino "mediterraneo" di rocce e piante aromatiche con una splendida vista sul mare. I proprietari, Caterina e Patrizio, gentilissimi, si sono dimostrati da subito disponibili ad ogni nostra richiesta. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato la loro discrezione dovendo condividere parte del giardino e la piscina. L'appartamento è molto curato nell'arredamento e ben dotato, un plauso alla proprietaria. L'esterno comodissimo, attrezzato con piastra/barbecue e lavandino permetteva di cucinare e ammirare il mare. Nonostante l'alta stagione, la "Fraula" per noi ha rappresentato un rifugio dal caos e dalle spiagge affollate di metà agosto. Distogliere i nostri figli da questo angolo di paradiso per visitare il Salento è stata un impresa!!!!! Ci siamo sentiti coccolati tutta la settimana. Un ringraziamento particolare ai proprietari. P.S.: non vi libererete facilmente di noi.....!!!!😂😂😂😂

Very nice house with a fantastic pool and view on to the sea

We enjoyed our stay in La Fraula, very close to Porto Badisco. The house is clean, very well located with an excellent pool, a very nice garden with tables in the shadow and an open kitchen equipped with a well-functioning plancha. The landlady Caterina is very friendly and helpful and can give good advises. Porto Badisco is just 5 min walk away, with a few bars and restaurants (Pizzeria Skile is worth to try, good food and excellent "Italian atmosphere"). We enjoyed our stay in Apulia and would come again to stay in Catariana's house.

Vacances porto badisco

A notre arrivée Caterina nous a tres bien acceuilli Visite de l'ensemble locatif intérieur et extérieur. L'appartement est top, très propre, pour parler de l'extérieur c'est juste magnifique, vue sur la mer, piscine au top, la terasse est équipé d'une plancha, plan de travail et évier. Nous avons cuisinés toute la semaine dehors. Il y a plusieurs criques très sympa, de bons petits resto. Semaine très reposante en famille, dans un quartier calme. Merci pour ces vacances tout était réunis. Et merci pour le dépannage de la batterie, Caterina et son mari nous ont trouvé un dépannage rapide. Merci pour tout je conseil vivement cette location.

Beautiful outside area

Beautiful area outside the apartment with a pool, and enough private space for many people (grill inclusive). The only two things to critizise are that no WIFI is available and the mobile data connection is really really bad and in the kitchen and the bathroom you only can stand straight with a heigth of about 1.80 meters.

Bella, Bella Italia Puglia Fraula_Porto Badisco

Wir waren im August 2022 mit zwei Erwachsenen, einem Kind und unserem Hund für 14Tage da. Die Eigentümer Caterina und ihr Mann waren im Umgang vom ersten bis zum letzten Kontakt sehr liebenswürdig immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als unkompliziert fand ich die Möglichkeit das wir uns schon per WhatsAPP auf der Hinreise updaten konnten. Die Anlage mit Garten, Terrasse und Pool sind sensationell. Die Wohnung war TIPTOP sauber und gepflegt. Für unsere bisherige Erfahrung besonders war der ausreichende Platz für die Garderobe, Kleider und Equipment. Von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick direkt auf das Meer (100Meter entfernt). Der Pool ist Klasse. Super Wasserqualität, verschiedene Tiefen (bsi 2,50m). Meine Tochter hatte sowohl beim Tauchen wie beim Reinspringen einen mega Spaß. Unsere Badeziele waren das fußläufig gelegene Porto Badisco. Hier hatte zwar ein Naturereignis den halben Strand entfernt, aber es besteht noch reichlich Möglichkeit sich um die Bucht drumherum Plätze (auch im Schatten ) zu sichern. Und der ewig lange Sandstrand Alimini mare nördlich von Otranto (ca. 10km). Ausflüge haben wir bis nach Polignano a mare, Monopoli, Ostuni und Gallipolli gemacht. Und auch Lecce (Florenz des Südens) hat uns super gefallen. Alles in allem ein TOP gelungener Urlaub.

Fabulous place in wonderful region

We had nothing less than a fantastic stay at Caterinas magnificent place near Porto Badisco. The place was spotless with wonderful garden and fabulous pool. Communication with Caterina was flawless and she recommended us some excellent restaurants as well. The place itself was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and views from the pergola/terrace from sunrise to sunset. Really loved the region of southern Puglia and had some fantastic meals in various Agroturismos. We would highly recommend Caterinas place (although we would also like to keep it for ourselves :-)) And we would LOVE to come back some day again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Zauberhafter Ort der Erholung

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in einem sehr gepflegten, großen Garten. Von der Terrasse aus blickt man auf das Meer, dass in nur wenigen hundert Meter vom Garten durch einen Fußpfad zu erreichen ist. Optimale Lage um die Westküste Apuliens zu besichtigen. Caterina und ihr Mann sind hervorragende, liebenswerte Gastgeber.

Wunderschöne Location zur Entspannung und Erholung

Das Ferienhaus in La Fraula, vermietet von Frau Caterina Morello, ist ein wunderschönes, ca. 100 m vom Meer gelegenes Ferienhaus auf einem komplett eingefriedeten, super gestaltetem Grundstück mit einem wunderschönen Garten, tollen Sitzgelegenheiten und - möglichkeiten und einem Swimming-Pool, der von der Anlage, Gestaltung, Wassersauberkeit, und Möglichkeiten zur Nutzung (fast 25 m Länge, über 4 m Breite und von 1,70 - 2,20 m Tiefe) alles bietet. Insbesondere die verschiedenen abgestuften Tiefen mit Möglichkeiten zum Hineinspringen über 2 Plattformen, sind einfach grandios. Die Außenküche mit dem direkt nebenan gelegenen, überdachten Essplatz macht Spass und lädt zum Kochen ein. Auf dem Runddeck geniesst man die Sonne und hat einen fast 180 Grad-Blick auf das Meer. Allein das garantiert Ruhe, Entspannung und Erholung. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr sauber und bietet alles das, was man immer braucht. Der kleine Badeort Porto Badisco ist fussläufig zu erreichen (ca. 400-500 m) und bietet neben diversen Bademöglichkeiten (Strand/Felsplateaus) mehrere gute und auch preiswerte Lokale. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Uggiano (Conad = vergleichbar mit unseren REWE, Aldi, Edeka, Lidl-Märkten) liegt in einer akzeptablen Entfernung von ca. 3,5 km und ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten bestehen nach Lecce, Gallipoli, Otranto oder Santa Cesarea di Terme. Alles gut in max. 1 Stunde erreichbar. Die Betreuung durch Frau Morello war ausgezeichnet. Sie konnte bei jeder Kleinigkeit kontaktiert werden und liess keine Frage unbeantwortet. Fazit: Dieser Sommerurlaub steht bei uns ganz oben in der Rangliste. Wir sind trotz einer langen Reise von ca. 1900 km entspannt, erholt und zufrieden zurückgekommen und können dieses Haus ohne Abstriche nur weiterempfehlen.

Che dire.. Un Sogno!

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo passato una settimana tranquilla e all'insegna del relax. Appena messo piede nel giardino mi sono meravigliata della varietà di vegetazione presente e della premura con cui viene coltivata. Il solarium è "tanta roba", molto curato come il resto del guardino. Abbiamo trovato la casa pulita e confortevole, proprio adatta a noi. Mi sento in dovere di ringraziare Caterina per la sua immensa cordialità, gentilezza e soprattutto disponibilità.. Che al giorno d'oggi non sono cose da poco. 😊

Hébergement idéal pour rayonner dans le salento

Après un périple dans le nord des pouilles et le Basilicate, nous recherchions un hébergement dans le Salento à l'écart des foules mais pas trop éloigné non plus pour rayonner dans toute la région pendant 5 jours avec la possibilité de nous détendre en bord de mer le soir et profiter d'une piscine compte tenu des fortes chaleurs le matin. Cet hébergement à proximité de Porto Badisco à réuni tous nos critères (piscine spacieuse et agréable, vue sur mer, équipement plancha, terrasse individuelle, etc...) avec en plus le charme de la configuration atypique de cette maison. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants et serviables, nous pensons déjà y retourner !

Soggiorno in un posto incantevole

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile, in un posto intimo e spettacolare. Ci siamo innamorati del giardino molto particolare e colmo di varietà. La posizione della casa è perfetta, vicino al mare e a tutte le comodità. Per di più, siamo stati accolti benissimo e con molta gentilezza dai proprietari che sono sempre stati di grande disponibilità.
