The best compromise between sea excursions and relaxation. Old sheepfold immersed in the recently restored Stintinese countryside a few steps from the rocky shores of "mare di fuori". Ideal base for your excursions with over 50 km of easily accessible cycle paths and for your dives in the fishy and pristine coves of the North-West coast. Located just 500 meters of dirt road from the provincial road, away from the confusion of the village and the most crowded subdivisions, it still allows you to reach the village of Stintino and the renowned beaches of Saline and Pelosa in a few minutes by car. The thick walls of the old building make the large room with open kitchen and the two bedrooms served by bathrooms and two bathrooms fresh and welcoming. The comfortable outdoor veranda is the alternative to the large internal spaces to have your meals.

Super ruhig und gemütlich

Das Haus ist wirklich abgelegen und daher sehr ruhig. Es ist geräumig und super nett eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was man benötigt. In der Nachbarschaft wohnen nur Ziegen und Esel…, wirklich idyllisch. Alles andere ist mit Auto gut zu erreichen

BERGERIE AU CALME

Cette bergerie perdue sur la presqu'ile de STINTINO du nom de ce splendide port avec au nord la plage de Pelosa, offre aussi l'avantage d'être directement en pleine nature proche d'une côte vraiment sauvage à l'ouest et d'une belle plage de sable et de fin galet blanc à l'est. Idéale pour des vacances reposante

The vibe wasn’t there

Terrace was nice, but the surrounding made the whole property a bit uncomfortable & unrelaxing. On the other side of house was a wooden cottage fenced with garbage and it’s far from any civilization. Although the house was properly equipped, it felt a bit rundown.

Excellent sejour

Localisation au calme et à proximité immédiate de belles plages et de criques ! Nombreux sentiers également pour se promener. Grande terrasse très agréable pour les soirées d été. Les enfants ont adoré le hammac et la douche extérieure était egalement très appréciable.. La maison est spacieuse, bien décorée et très agreable à vivre (elle reste fraiche même en été) Nous etions ravis de notre sejour.

Ein inspirierender Ort!

Für uns war es ein sehr stimmiger, inspirierender Ort! Die zu Fuss gut erreichbare wilde Felsenküste war für mich sehr wichtig, die Sonnenuntergänge wirklich wunderschön. Die vielen „strada privata“ Schilder waren für uns Fussgänger kein Problem. Mit dem Fahrrad sind auch die Strände gut erreichbar. Nach Stintino habe ich mit meinem alten, klapprigen Velo, (nicht elektro), ca 40 Min. gebraucht. Es gibt viele spannende Ausflugsziele. Aber der grosse Vorplatz, mit Holzdach und den Bäumchen und der Dusche, überhaupt die ganze Anlage war für uns der wichtigste Aufenthaltsort. Auch der Wohnraum ist gut eingerichtet. Im angebauten Nachbarhäuschen waren manchmal Leute, aber das war nicht störend. Die Strasse hört man je nach Wetter mehr oder weniger. Aber die vielen Vogelstimmen und das Gegurre der Geckos hst dies wieder gut gemacht. Wir haben und wohl gefühlt! ( Aber Mückenmittel nicht vergessen, zumindest in dieser Jahreszeit wo es doch auch manchmal feucht war) Vielen Dank Marco! Judith und Alexander

calme, paisible, idéal pour se ressourcer

Bergerie réhabilitée avec une belle pièce à vivre , une spacieuse terrasse ombragée et barbecue. Endroit paisible car en retrait dans la campagne, agréable pour promener nos chiens . Hôte disponible et à l'écoute. Seul petit bémol : l'antenne télé car nous ne captions pas en fonction du temps, certaines chaînes même italiennes.

beau séjour en Sardaigne

Location située au calme dans la campagne stintinienne, il faut faire environ 500m sur un chemin de terre pour rejoindre la maison, idéal si vous cherchez du calme. Agréable terrasse couverte indispensable par les fortes chaleurs, douche extérieure très appréciable. Située à environ 1km à pieds de magnifiques criques rocheuses sur la côte ouest très peu fréquentée, avec magnifique coucher de soleil. Manque peut être des transats pour se reposer... Merci Marco!

Schönes gemütliches Domizil

Wir waren für eine Woche in diesem Ferienhaus und es war super! Der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist ein wenig abgelegen von der Hauptstraße, zum erholen genau richtig. Wir bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Pace e relax

Natura incontaminata ampi spazi pertinenti alla casa, Marco è stato super gentile, ogni consiglio è stato oltre che gradito anche sempre azzeccato. Questa soluzione è ideale per famiglie con bambini, animali che per felicità loro possono essere lasciati liberi e per chi ama passeggiare lontano dal caos e inquinamento... in pochi minuti attraverso una strada “privata” si posso raggiungere calette fantastiche ma sopratutto con molta privacy. Le uniche cose viventi sulla spiaggia oltre a voi ai pesci e ai gabbiani possono essere solo altri animali....in 15 giorni non è mai venuto nessuno.... Consiglio vivamente di provarlo.

Vacanza rilassante

Siamo stati a Stintino una settimana. È il posto giusto per trascorrere una vacanza in pieno relax. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione e il proprietario gentile e disponibile. Volendo da perfezionare con: scopa elettrica (economica ma funzionale), ventilatore e lavastoviglie.

Une maison isolée dans la campagne et proche de la mer

Très agréable séjour dans cette maison confortable et bien équipée. Accès à une crique rocheuse en 15 minutes à pied en traversant la campagne. Communication simple et efficace avec Marco. Un lieu à recommander sans hésiter !

Proprietà sita in piena campagna (isolata), una breve strada bianca per raggiungere la strada principale. 10 minuti da Stintino. 5 minuti dalle altre spiaggia. Andate ad Ezzi Mannu.

Einsamkeit genießen

Der alte Schafstall liegt sehr ruhig und abgelegen. Wir haben es genossen, ungestört im Garten die Außendusche zu nutzen. Zum Strand und zum Einkauf muss man das Auto nutzen.

Ruhe und Erholung ,-schön abgeschieden

Zunächst danke an Marco für die Gastfreundschaft wir haben uns wohl gefühlt ! :) Liebe Interessenten nun Infos für Euch :) Das Haus liegt ca. 700m von der Bundesstrasse entfernt ,- und zu den Sandstränden braucht man mit dem Auto ca. 15 Min.,- keine 5 ! Man hat die Möglichkeit zu Fuß zu den Buchten zu laufen (ca.20 Min.) , - kleiner Weg (Schild "Donna Ann") abends kann man dort wunderbar den Sonnenuntergang beobachten ! :)) Kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte ,- Cafe`s und Restaurants findet man in Stintino. Aber in Porto Torres gibt es z.b. ein tolles Fischgeschäft !!! Und im Aussengrill kann man gut grillen ! Nun zum Haus ,- es liegt abgeschieden aber die Autos von der Bundesstraße hört man . Das Bad hat keinerlei Ablage ,- und der Wasserboiler nur ein Fassungsvermögen von ca.30 L , - nichts für "Langduscher" !!! Der Kamin scheint nur Deko zu sein...keinerlei Heizmöglichkeiten...wir hatten noch sehr kühle Abende /Nächte !!! Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas dürftig,- Kein French Press o.ä.,---wenige Gläser ...mit 4 Personen muss man ständig spülen . Die Terrassenmöbel … drei günstige Stühle und Tisch,- Stühle hatten große Risse im Sitzbereich ,- keine Auflagen ! Schade wäre abends angenehmer gewesen ! W-lan gibt es nicht und die Netzverbindung ist schlecht.…. Das war unser dritter Besuch auf Sardinien , - wir kommen wieder :))

CASA DI CARATTERE

Ovile ristrutturato con gusto, un ambiente spazioso, pulito e rilassante, ci si sente a casa. L'esterno curato e il barbecue ben posizionato per i vostri pranzi all'aperto nella calma della campagna. La posizione é ottima per esplorare i dintorni, Stintino, le spiagge ma sopratutto quello che ci é piaciuto di più sono le scogliere con vista mozzafiato che sono sulla costa che guarda ad ovest. Da non perdere é il villaggio di Argentiera, nel sassarese, dove potete visitare il museo della miniera e pranzare a base di pesce presso il Veliero.

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso bucolico.

Ho soggiornato con mio marito in questa casa a fine Agosto ed è stata una vacanza all'insegna del relax e della tranquillità. Marco è stato accogliente e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente questo antico ovile ristrutturato pulito e confortevole. Spero di ritornare. Grazie Marco
