About this property

Walk to the beach in Madeira!!!

Location, location, location! 2/2 (plus den/office) private beach home. Walk 1.5 blocks to the beach and the farmer's market, post office, grocery store, restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and more! Beautiful, tropical private patio area with gas grill and all the beach supplies you'll need with off-street parking for 3 cars.
The interior of the home is sun-filled with skylights and a large airy living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishes as well as new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and wood cabinets. Flooring is easy to maintain with tile and hardwood floors throughout. This is the perfect vacation home for families with well-behaved children and well-behaved dogs. The yard is fully fenced. NO CATS PLEASE.
House is fully furnished with all bed linens, towels, some beach gear, and 2 beach cruiser bicycles as well as a gas grill and outdoor shower for extra ease when returning from the beach. ***Township requires minimum rental periods; please contact for details. ***

Amazing

This is such a cute house. The neighborhood is quiet but you are minutes from everything you could need. Ashley is stellar! She was on top of anything we needed, including helping us through our first hurricane. 10/10 would stay here again!

As a local, having grown up in Tampa and coming to these Gulf beaches as a child each summer with my family just being in this area brings back amazing memories...and now you and your family can create your own fun memories as well.

Why they chose this property

We love the light and bright space inside and the split plan for the bedrooms for additional privacy is a plus. The corner lot with tropical foliage and plenty fo parking for guests was also a plus when I chose to purchase my home.

What makes this property unique

Open and art-filled space with tons of sunlight and a great flow for guests/entertaining inside. Private and tropical patio area and fenced yard for dogs and children.
