2 bedroom ''Casa Del Vino'' is a charming modern home with a traditional, Old Mexico vibe. A balance of indoor and outdoor space connects it to the beauty of Loreto Bay. This community sits on a stunningly beautiful section of the coast, presenting one of Bajas best Golf Courses as well!
Set in the original Founders section of Loreto Bay, Casa Del Vino is within reach of the beach, along with the community pool, and a lap pool.
The main floor of the home presents a comfortable living area with sofa seating area, TV (programming in English), and a ding area. The kitchen sits behind a large counter, with bar stool for casual dining. There is a secluded, main patio outdoors with BBQ area, seating, and stairs to the upper terrace.
A bedroom suite offers a King bed, and private bathroom. The second level has the second bedroom suite. It also has a King bed, and the bathroom offers a shower along with a Mexican Tiled soaking tub, also we have a single air mattress for the guest use...
French doors open onto a terrace. Here are comfortable seating options, a shade pergola, and chaise lounges for sunbathing. Up a spiral staircase is the tower, an intimate area with comfortable chairs and a service bar. Views abound of the entire development, the mountains, and the nearby Sea of Cortez.
