In pretty Mediterranean village crossed by the famous "canal du midi". Located at 4km from the beach, very nice villa of a ground level about 107sqm, 3 nice bedrooms, an office room, a bathroom with italian shower, an independent toilet, a nice wintergarten but also a spacious living room with airconditioning.
You can enjoy a beautiful swimming pool, as well as a pleasant garden furniture with shaded dining area. The house has a large garage where there is a washing machine and a dryer but also a showerroomwith a toilet accessible from the garden.
2 cars can be in the property.The house is non-smoking and no pets allowed.

Vacances familiales

Très belle maison, bien équipée, confortable pour toute la famille. La piscine sur la terrasse est un vrai plus (bien que la plage De Portiragnes soit à 5km). On trouve à proximité l’écluse de Portiragnes (qui peut bien occuper les enfants regarder passer les bateaux), de quoi se balader et voir des flamands roses, taureaux et chevaux. La proximité de la départementale n’est pas si dérangeante.
