You are going to stay in a modern and fully equipped 1-bedroom apartment, at the last floor of a building with elevator, located :
- at less than 5 minutes from the beach and the seaside
- very close to shops (restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, ...).

Spacious and bright, this apartment has air conditioning and wifi connection. The balcony, with sea view, offers a dining table and deckchairs to help you enjoy your evening and relax.

For your comfort, the apartment has a fully equipped American style kitchen: washing and dishwasher machine, induction hobs, toaster, coffee machine...

This apartment can host up to 4 persons thanks to the double bedroom with queen size bed and a double fold-away bed in the livingroom. The bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower and private wc.

If you want to use the public transports, the bus stop is 200 mt away and the main train station is around 700 mt from the building; but if you want to rent a bike, the shop is just a few minutes away.
If you have your car, the parking places near the building are subject to charge.

The apartment is carefully prepared and disinfected just before your arrival.
