As you enter the home, you're welcomed by the soothing coastal charm of a newly decorated and fully updated home featuring a cozy and comfy living room with a large flat screen TV equipped with cable, DVD player and access to streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon (your account please). A large dining room awaits in the back of the home with a huge Kings table where the family comes together for meals. After dinner their is plenty of room to digest and play board games in this spacious area! Home is furnished with all new furniture and appliances. Beautiful wood floors in the living room and master suite and brand new carpeting in the other two bed rooms. Full eat in kitchen with everything you need to feel at home throughout your stay!

The Master Bedroom (En Suite) features a King Size bed, Flat screen TV, walk in closet and a private bath with walk-in shower. The Second Bedroom has 2 twin beds, lots of room and windows for natural light. Tastefully decorated for kids! The Third Bedroom has a Queen size bed, lots of room. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom.

This house is located 3 miles from Siesta Key Beach, ranked in the top 5 best beaches in the USA! Enjoy your days there on the white powder sands and in the calm water that west coast FL beaches are praised for! Take a break from the sun and grab a bite to eat and some beverages at one of the many beach restaurants and bars located conveniently close to home!

The property also offers a backyard patio where you can come home from a long day and just relax in the quiet confines of the cul de sac. Enjoy the sounds of nature and the beautiful FL weather. Patio is fully equipped with a propane bbq, dining area and comfortable outdoor furniture. The entrance to the patio is conveniently located close to the kitchen and dining room.

Needs more work for the prices that are added on.

Barking dogs next door. Could not use back yard for my dogs. A loose dog came a cross the street too. Pestcide smell ,Some parts of the house were clean. Some were not.

Great Beach House

What a cute beach house! The owners definitely took time to make this house feel like home. My kids enjoyed the adorable kids’ room, complete with stuffies on the beds. We enjoyed having our own king-sized bed, TV, and master bath. The kitchen was well-stocked and had just about everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and Siesta Beach. It was also very close to the freeway, which made it easy to travel to other places. The master bed could use some new sheets (they kept slipping off the bed and had holes in the seams) and the washer and dryer were not the most efficient but those things definitely did not dampen our stay! Ron was very quick to respond to messages and questions. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay while we explored Sarasota!

Great house in a prime location for access to Siesta Key. Plenty of space, lots of towels, beds were comfortable and whole space was clean. Communication with the owner was incredibly easy and all questions were answered very quickly. Would absolutely recommend!

Enjoyed our stay while we were waiting for our new home to close, and the house had everything we needed, and much more for those who need more than we did. Close proximity to the beaches and there is a Publix very close. Would recommend.

Weekend family getaway

We had an amazing weekend getaway with our family of 5. The house was perfect. The beds were comfortable and amenities and supplies were fully stocked. We enjoyed using the beach chairs and ice chest from the garage. We are already excited about visiting again soon! Thank you!

Spacious, clean,well-stacked home

We stayed down here to watch the Orioles' spring training games. Of all the houses we have rented in six years, this was by FAR the best stocked home; from the kitchen knives, utensils, pots & pans to the large assortment of towels, this is a fabulous house! We sat on the comfortable patio often; the grill was great, the living room furniture was very comfortable, as were the beds. The owners were very communicative and all of the neighbors were nice and friendly. 12/10 for this beautiful home. Easy to get to Publix, right across the street, Costco was only a few minutes down the road. Fantastic house, we loved it!

Love the location!

The layout of the house is great . The neighborhood is great for walking a mile. Publix Detweillers and parks are close by and beach is 3 miles away. House has more than enough supplies for your stay. Big kitchen! Extra large room at back of house. Pet friendly!

Cute home, quiet street, friendly owners

This home was very clean, plenty of kitchen and bathroom items provided, large dining table seats 8, decorated cute beach-theme. Loved the hand held, high pressure shower faucet in master bathroom. Garage is also nice. 6 people maximum can stay here. 2 of the beds seem intended for kids. Owner was very nice and replied in good time to any questions we had. We went to the following places January 16-23, 2022 with our kids: tampa zoo, skyway fishing pier, parasailing, deep sea fishing, big cat habitat, siesta key beach, kayaked in lido key mangroves, and defy bradenton trampoline park. We ate at the following places: pizza hut carry out, millie's, der dutchman, steak n shake, the old salty dog, and rodizio's brazillian steakhouse (date night). My mom has a house in windward isle retirement park, so this was very good location to be near her for a week. I highly recommend this vrbo home!!!

Would Stay Here Again

This was the best house we've rented in the past 5 years. Nice quiet neighborhood. House was clean and spacious and all appliances worked, including the grill. Convenient to Publix, Siesta Key Beach, St Armands Circle and Gulf Gate restaurants (Dolce Italia, Off the Hook are two favs.). Legacy trail for biking and public golf courses are also within short driving distance. Property manager was across the street and very welcoming. He resolved minor issues quickly. If we weren't building a house in Sarasota we'd stay here again next year!

Amazing Property and Host

The Host was super friendly and helpful, made us feel comfortable and right at home. The house was beautiful, clean, and in a prime central location (close to restaurants, grocery, and about 10 mins to the beach). I was very impressed with the quality and service, and will definitely rent again!!!

Great time

The house was fully equipped and ready for our family. Kitchen was fully stocked. Great location. Ronald and Greg are always there for you if you needed them. Communication with them is wonderful. The process in and out of the house was very easy. We had a great time.

Why they chose this property

We love this quiet neighborhood. We are located close to all the great places in Sarasota. The beach is a short drive, downtown is a few minutes drive and we are very close to the local bars and restaurants in Gulf Gate. We also have the preserve within walking distance and are close to the Trail.
Convenient shopping center within walking distance with everything you would need during your visit.

What makes this property unique

I think that our location is ideal. We are so conveniently close to everything that Sarasota has to offer but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet when you get home.
