Marina comfort air conditioning & wifi feet in the water
My home T3 is close to the sea with a direct view on the lake.
You will appreciate the comfort of the bedding, the fully equipped kitchen with its central island, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer.
Room of life great comfort with LED TV, home cinema, Wifi ...
You will enjoy meals taken on the terrace under the pergola and enjoy the view of the lake. Exhibition is ideal for breakfast ...
My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers and families (with children).
To know:
The key will be delivered by Sarah or ourselves or placed in a box for a standalone entry. You will have all the indications on your lodging and the structures to which you will have access (swimming pool of which 1 heated, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, room of musculation ...)
The house is part of a secure residence with all the necessary amenities (grocery, snack, bar, games room, restaurant, mini golf ...)
If you want the entertainment program at Le BARCARES ask us.
For any other questions do not hesitate to ask us.
Other remarks:
When you come from Narbonne or Perpignan take the exit 13 direction Coudalère about 200 m from the roundabout turn right Sanills road and 100 m further you arrived at the island of Pêcheurs. After the guard post park on the parking lot on your left.
To get to the residence take the passage between the 3rd Marina and the 4th Marina we are side pond.
Opportunity to pick you up at the station.
Little reminder:
You have the obligation to clean the fridge, oven, hob, barbecue, deep fryer, Senseo finally all appliances you use without forgetting to empty the trash or even wash your departure.
A bad experience is that we are obliged to ask from the travelers a minimum of knowing how to live.
The fridge water dispenser is reserved exclusively for water and not coca !!!!
the electric kettle ditto reserved for water and not cooking milk !!!!
If a cabinet with a lock is therefore for private use please do not force it you will find only cleaning products or lingerie designed to receive you well.
We do not ask you to wash the floors when you leave, but simply to return our interior as you found it.
